I cursed a lot in my online group last night in a fit of rage against someone in the group and now I am in trouble. My other friend has a strict father and he went through the messages and now he took screenshots and is going to send them to the school and from there the teachers may tell my parents and I will be in even more trouble. is there anything I can do to make this situation better?

If I'm being honest, I would say the best thing to do would be to tell your parents before your friend's dad can show the school. That way they hear it from you instead of the school. In my experience it is better to tell someone before they have to find out from someone else. Once you tell your parents they might even be able to convince your friend's dad not to show the school.
I've been in a similar situation. Honestly, just explain the situation. You seem to have been blinded in rage. We can do some crazy things in rage. Just apologize to everyone involved and move on.
