There is a ton of controversy over this so I am very curious what y'all think. I personally am bisexual, but that does not mean I am ONLY into men and women.

I think I might be bi and I am unsure how to come out to may parents. They are not exactly homophobic but they are religous and I don't know what they will think of it.

I didn't get to finish that! I accidentally pressed post! :) I feel that everyone needs to be able to feel safe in the environment that they are in, regardless of sexuality or gender. People that are homophobic are just not worth your time, them talking is just wasting the oxygen that you and me need to breath.

I'm the L and part of the plus. I love the lgbtqia+ community we are people. I wish everyone can support us, but I can't force anything on somebody. LGBTQIA+ FOREVER.

I am bisexual and gender non-binary, and I love the LGBTQIA+ community. BTW, does anyone have any advice on how to come out as non-binary to my dad? He scoffs about it whenever it is mentioned and I'm nervous...

Both me and my husband (m,f, straight) support it strongly. People should be who they are with no judgement from others, and accepted just the same. If you judge someone, you should always judge them based on character and actions, not whom they simply are. Treat someone like you want to be treated, with respect. Everyone deserves that, indifferent of sex, shape, size, clothes or age.
