In the middle of a bunch of different world events, a lot of people missed that Queensland was hit with heavy rain and there were some devastating floods. What was your experience?

I live twenty minutes north of one of many places that was devastated by the floods.We didn’t suffer from any flooding but we did get cut off for a week stopping me from getting to work.

I got flooded in for half a day - it was pretty crazy, since my house didn't get flooded in even in the 1974 or 2011 floods! We're all fine though, if a bit soggy.
