Oh my god okay so it was a few years ago actually and I had just read a book called asylum it was really good by the way
I was in a hallway with no doors it was really dark but as I continued to walk forward I saw a door opened just a crack with a small light coming out so I proceeded to walk towards the door as I opened it I saw 3 small windows and 2 people chained to a wall they were alive though in the center on the room lied a music box (which was in the book) as I approached the music box the door shut behind me and when I looked there were 2 nurses with carts standing behind me they grabbed me and chained me to the wall I stared at the other peoples faces they were white (maybe they were dead idk) one of the nurses moved closer to me and I felt a jab in my side I woke up covered in sweat it was around 2 am and I just sat in my room writing in my journal until 6 am when my parents wouldn't think it was weird for me to be up
the there are times when I feel like I'm falling off my bed and jolt awake only to find that I am tucked curled into a tiny little ball in the corner of my bed

Maybe not the most frightening, but the most recent one was when I've dreamt that my grandma visited her old house, and in my dream I knew she passed. I said that I thought she was dead, and she suspiciously ignored the question. That's when I knew something was wrong. I've tried to run from the apartment, but some power teleported me back to it, and she said "that's not gonna work." Apparently, it was an alien that mimics people and talks telepathically.
a weird lady was in my closet with a ton of puppets, and she walked toward my bed and I woke up (in my dream) so I threw something at her. before I could reach it, she grabbed my throat and I woke up. But the worst part was that after waking up, I somehow knew her name. and it wasn't mentioned in the dream. her name was monica...
Sounds a bit lame now, but savage squirrels were jumping at me and a moment later I jerked awake all sweaty... XD

yes. This happened a year or two years ago. As some background information I only remember these types of dreams.
In this dream were a rich family of thee. In the dream were parents, their only child, her boyfriend, and the daughters boyfriends younger. The house was built on a cave. The girl, her boyfriend and his brother went into the cave. She had been in the cave recently. In this cave there was a metal staircase and metal door. The girl proceeds to tell the story of the serial killer in the cave. His name is Lenny. She dares the boys to go up the steps and knock on the door. They do and everyone goes back to the house. They are in the girls room when the boyfriends younger brother starts crying. She goes downstairs and talks to her parents for a couple hours. After they get done talking the girl goes back upstairs to her room. When she enters the room it is covered in blood.
Another thing you should know is that its almost like I see the people in the dreams but they don't see me. The only reason I know it is blood is because I dream in full color. I woke up in a sweat because when the girl walked in the room it was as if I could feel the blood on me.
Probably not the scariest but after reading the first two books of the hunger games I dreamed I was in the games and everyone was after me. I have high anxiety so that really panicked me
Ok, so I recently discovered what dear David is. So I had this dream that my dog got possessed by dear David and that started bitting me. I woke up in tears, I love my dog. Btw, I’m talking about Odie.

One time me and my boyfriend we're going out to eat... it was all fun and games until we got back in the car... We got into a really bad accident and my boyfriend was covered in blood... I was crying calling his name but he didn't wake up...
I woke up screaming and crying at the same time and I couldn't tell the difference between what was real and what's not...
Scary part is it was happening over... and over... and over again... Like it was in a loop...
And I couldn't wake up from it until the dream was over...
I'm still having that terrifying dream today...
My boyfriend tries to help me in any way he can by giving me hugs and kisses and comforting me, telling me it's going to be okay, and it was only a nightmare.
I didn't tell my parents about it because they would have thought I was mental...
I was asleep having a very short dream but not a good one. I could not catch my breath I could not feel my own body or anything like that. I had a vision type like/dream or something the vision was people and the people were as creepy as people from asylums. There were people in black robes in a circle, in a place that looked similar to the grand canyon. In It, there was short and creepy music like from horror movies when somethings behind them then the music cuts in. In the middle was another person with a black robe but his hood was off. He looked very young, had short black hair, with a white, red, and yellow mask. JUST before he took it off I woke up. NowI was so afraid I thought that I was going to die in my own sleep. It was like a summoning or something. I was so afraid that I knew that the shocking event that I just encountered would NEVER EVER EVER be forgotten.
I will earn more than 15,000 EUR for easy work online at home in my free time. I am a full-time student and just because I did this job for 3 hours, I got 18,269 EUR..xG8 from this job last month.
