Scientific tests also showed that they stress out when separated. They believe that by reducing the stress they will raise their milk yield. But considering cows are herd animals, this isn't really surprising.

I wonder how they would know that? So in their world, while swimming past one another, one could be a Phil and another a Jack? It would be like "Hey Phil, I found a warm spot over here, check it out.

Many prisons in the US have a program that has select inmates train shelter dogs, some for specific tasks such as disability service dogs. Marked improvement in inmate behavior and outlook have been noted in these programs and, of course, it improves the lives of the dogs involved.

This exactly why I want some sort of eco burial, I'd rather contribute to the eco system than pollute it.

Not if you get one of those completely sealed coffins. Then you just explode putrescence all over yourself, and you build up pressure in your coffin until you burst it. Preeettty gross. Make sure you don't get airtight coffins for your loved ones, people!

Only if your body isn't embalmed by a funeral home or cremated. Cremation does not allow even insects to benefit from our remains.

The best part of this is, you're atoms will then merge with other people, and within a century, a person can be in literally every person.

there are actually some "graveyard-forests", where you pick your favorite tree sort and after you die, the tree will be planted in your ashes

Not if you're buried in a casket. At least in America the hole you're buried in is lined with concrete mix and your body is filled with preservative to prevent your body from going back into the earth. Sorry, not sorry.

Cremation destroys your molecules, but your atoms (eg carbon, nitrogen) still exist and still re-enter the biocycle.

No they don't. Your body is enclosed in a casket, then sealed in a concrete vault. So, there is no water your decomposed body could ever get into the dirt to be recycled.

Cremation is even quicker as ashes don't take so long to decompose

Nope! Read "Stiff" by Mary Roach. Cremation burns everything beneficial to the earth and creatures up. No benefit.

Greyhounds As Pets NSW have a similar program at a women's correctional facility here in Sydney. The inmates help prepare ex-racing greys for life as a pet, teaching them things like how to go up & down stairs, basic obedience, etc. It's great for the dogs, as well as the inmates who can even earn a government-recognised certificate. (Our foster grey participated in this!) :)
