Temperatures in the US on October 31st can range from 40-90 degrees on average, depending on where you live. New England tends to be on the cooler side, where Florida, Texas, and Southern California will be warmer. So many of these are feasible for Halloween. Also there are indoor Halloween parties that these could be worn for. :-)
