A few months ago, my colleague Jonas covered a subreddit that he called 'Just Eff My Crap Up'. The original name is a bit too hardcore for us and I like his version so that's what I'm going with too.
It's a fun online community that collects pictures of the worst and most unfortunate haircuts it can find. Terribly-dyed dreadlocks, crooked bangs, you name it, 'Just Eff My Crap Up' has it all. Also, I like the fact that it features everyone—it doesn't matter whether you are a regular person or a famous politician. If there's a misunderstanding on your head, you are getting featured.
I'm not gonna lie. At first, I had conflicting feelings scrolling through this subreddit. I couldn't help but feel sorry for everyone in the pics. But then I got it. We've all had a bad haircut and experienced the pain that comes with it. We can enjoy the list guilt-free—we have the laugh pass!

Surprised they didn't include Justin Timberlake's "Ramen Noodles" haircut.
Right!? Certainly fits
So, wait, I thought that body and other shaming was a bad thing, as stated by many a post here at Bored Panda. Why is BP perpetuating shaming these men?
You can change your haircut, it's a matter of choice, style. No matter what you do to it, it will grow out, grow back etc..
There's a difference between shaming someone for something they have no control over, and shaming them over very very poor )and rather reversible) choices.
The decision is only poor in your eyes. A lot of those people look like they were perfectly happy with their hairstyles. But I suppose that the Internet should get to decide what people are allowed to do with their own bodies?
I think everybody is at least allowed to have an opinion on somebody else's choices. If you think that your opinion should influence choices that are totally up to them to make (e.g a haircut) then that's wrong.
(cont. because I prematurely hit send) However, people are still allowed to have those opinions though even if they shouldn't and don't have any sway on a person's choices.
They can like it, others can dislike it. No one said they had to listen to other people.
@Logic and Reaason - Plenty of people are saying that. There are more people saying that today than during any ideological panic in history.
Here's the guy who thinks he's got nothing to worry about because mum did his hair for him...
And if you want to get into "things that people have no control over" well then what the f**k is a picture dragged up from perhaps years and decades ago for the sole purpose of mockery? Ya fucken mongoloid.
No. There's only a difference between having the belief that whatever trivial thought you have actually matters while others' don't simply by virtue of they being other and you being familiar, and just accepting that everyone has thoughts regardless of how you feel about them. While you try to convince people that only ever a certain set of thoughts are correct and that that set happens to be represented by "things that I express today" while simultaneously expressing something so f*****g eye-gougingly inane as "Well, like, there's humiliating because you're wrong and no fun and humiliating because I'm right and interesting" will only ever infuriate people to the effect of escalation and goading them on and it actually IS the thing that you somehow think that you are "justly" oppressing.
..people ..but yea, I get your point
It's needed
Double standards are needed? How so?
I saw both men and women shaming. I still feel it's wrong when the titles and comments don't focus on the hairstyle, but on the person.
Not shaming the men, just their stylist’s handiwork?

Men are fair game and the approved target of ridicule, shame and outright hatred on this site. Half of their articles are about how horrible men are and how any man who says he is different is a delusional psychopath.
Chill. Men and women were posted and this is not a bad shaming because they're shaming something they have control over. HAIR. Why must everything be given new meanings?
I don't know what you're reading about men on this site. But there are no articles like that, however there are articles stating the things that men do wrong and behaviors that need changing. And judging by your comment you're probably one of those men.

Thank you!
Maybe 20% of those can actually be called "fails". Most of these haircuts are well-executed and I can appreciate them, even if I wouldn't get them myself. The world is much more fun with people who like different things than I do.
