Police Release A ‘Wanted’ Post On Facebook, The Guy Himself Responds And They Have A Hilarious Conversation
Those classic most wanted posts, the ones that police have been using since the days of the wild west to warn the public about a criminal or an escaped prisoner that they want to catch, has gone interactive. Nowadays they are often posted on local police’ Facebook pages, and sometimes, just sometimes, the fugitive themselves might respond. This kind of a funny story happened recently in Richland, WA, when police issued a wanted request for Anthony Akers, 38, for Failure to Comply.
Sadly for them, Anthony went all coy and started playing hard to get. What followed was a hilarious exchange, that proves that the police/offender relationship need not always be a bitter one. Like any successful relationship, good communication is the key!
In the end, the lovebirds found each other, and we can only assume that Anthony is currently there, in the warm embrace of a prison cell.

I think it’s highly commendable that he voluntarily surrendered! Being there are far more criminals out there that DO NOT! Knowing his entire life is going to change (albeit as a result of his own choices & actions) it is understandable he would like to get his life in order! I praise him for surrendering!
I love this! This is gold! He sounds like a very well-mannered & educated man! Hope he gets help & sorts his life out!
You can definitely see where a few people skipped English class...its hard to talk smack if you cannot spell or use proper sentence structure...now lets see how many of you slam me for that ahahahhhhh
I love people who criticize others' intelligence in one sentence and then make up their own words in the next. Rampid?
Many Adult things. Home, job, pets etc. Not everyone has someone else to pick up the pieces and ensure there is a life to come back to after a short period of incarceration. Dont see the point of short prison sentences, they will just further screw up the life of someone already on the brink and cost the taxpayers money. No-one benefits. Community service is the answer for relatively minor crimes
