Scottish graphic designer Reilly is making fashion fans a little uncomfortable with Fakenews, his latest project. He took haute couture names, from Gucci to Yeezy, and turned them into likenesses of the regular old brands we deal with every day. The logos are so convincing that one might be fooled into thinking Marc Jacobs was always a pizza shop.
If you love high fashion, seeing your favourites houses reduced to less luxurious formatting might get under your skin. The ironic part? Reilly designs professional campaigns for Nike, Gucci, Belvedere Vodka, and other prestigious brands, and often has his work featured in trendy magazines, such as Vogue. That doesn't mean he can't poke a bit of fun at the industry that employs him.
Try to spot your favourite brand below, and see if you recognise it with its new look.

To make you feel uncomfortable, duh!!! (It fails miserably though.)
Load More Replies...They're well made but what's the point of them? It doesn't make me think differently about anything and after seeing a few, there was no point in seeing the rest.
I actually think it is fascinating that the artist took 2 symbols, one we attach a meaning of affluence and the other a meaning of economy and mash them together. I think the pertinent question here is, does the logo diminish the affluence or bump up the economy? Either way, the only uncomfortable ppl here are the PR teams for Prada, Gucci etc.

It's great for me because I'm organising a quiz. Got most of them, but what's the last one?
