He is ambulancer for Syria charity NGO in the most dangerous place of the world. In same time he cares for 170 cats. But 122 days of siege and war push him to leave Aleppo. He took 11 cats with him. And left the others to truly friends. He is going to open a new shelter cat as the old one was bombed by Assad army. He is always in his ambulance with Ernesto his cat.

This one doesn't deserve to be in the list. They raise rabbits for meat and this litter was left outside in freezing temperatures that caused the death of the other litter mates. This little guy had a spinal injury and was put in this "wheelchair" with no regard given to the type of injury it had. They showed photos of them bathing the little bunny when baths can be fatal to rabbit without doing research. The little bunny ended up dying but not before they could fully exploit it for profit.
