In the latest weird trend to surface on Instagram, bearded men are starting to cover their beards with glitter. It may seem unexpected, but it was only a matter of time after men began putting flowers in their beards more than a year ago.

how can you call this a "trend" when half those pictures are of the same guys.... it was probably just a project they were doing, and someone out there just took it too far...
It's by 2 guys on youtube who call themselves "The Gay Beards" it's kinda stupid & not a trend. They have tons of beard videos! Can't believe they became that popular
They didn't start this it was really the drag community.
Just watched new episode of vida and Google sparkle beard this came up. Also on s03 and 2 of dragula few of them do a sparkle color beard. Seen a few other places too. But this really isn't new I remember 80's 90's trends pop up every few decades. I think some of them make awesome pictures.
They don't call glitter the herpes of the crafting world for no reason! ;) good luck getting it all off! Mermaid beards were way cooler....
I love the idea, but it looks so dirty... But it would be interesting if more men dyed their beards and mustaches in unnatural colours like people dye their hair sometimes. But then, I wonder how safe it would be to kiss that paint. But I guess there's a solution for this too.
If I was a guy I would totally HV a styled beard and chops add some color bam sexy
