Bad tattoos are nothing short of an urban legend - there are so many posts dedicated to them, and yet you never see one in real life. For better or for worse these tattoo fails are kept hidden in sweater sleeves, pants or socks. Seeing one is as rare as a unicorn sighting.
There's no denying that inking someone without turning it into a tattoo fail requires quite a lot of skill, but if it' so bad that it's actually good, does that mean that your ugly tattoo was made be a professional? When in doubt with the previous question, you can always check the quality of your ink by doing a simple trick - face swap. Just take your body drawing and combine it with the real thing. If it still looks quite presentable, chances are you are good to go. In the list below, though, we have gathered the fine specimens of the bad and the funny face swaps.
The saddest part is that you are stuck with your worst tattoo for life unless you do a cover-up tattoo or muster up the courage for terribly painful laser removal. Anyways, while watching these we do feel pity, laughter is also guaranteed!

So they swapped out the faces of the orginal photo with the bad tattoo in the rest of these photos. But with this photo they doctored the original to look like the tattoo. Way better idea!! They should have done the same thing as they did with this one. THIS is funny!!!????????????????????

The thing about tattoos is, you can't go cheap. I say this a cheapskate. If it's going to be on your body for the rest of your life, spring for the extra few bucks and get a good artist. Even if you have to save for a few years. 'Cause these... wow.
Spot on mate!! No point pissing your money down the drain, save the extra pennies and check out the artists skill set first!! Don't just go to them as Auntie Pauline (its always a Pauline) has said, 'They ARE good and since they have just brought their first gun they will do a full back piece for £20 from the comfort of your own home'

Someone gets a tattoo of Michael Jackson and has 'He touched so many' written below it. Oh my days!
There are two kinds of tattoos in this series. a) Such that are so blatantly stupid that both the "artist" and the one getting tattooed must have been badly drunk and irresponsibe even on top of that. b) Those that you guess where done with skill but not with afterthought – and then time did it's job. Most people will say "no, that does not happen" but many of these particularly artistic series of tattoos posted on Board Panda will have some tattoos that turn to new entries for this page.
I haven't laughed this much in while as i did today after watching these artworks. Thank you creators and article makers.
I thought 32 and 41 were done pretty well. I'd never get a tattoo though.
Tbh except for the peoples faces which don't look good like never, I'd wear most of these with pride. Like.. it's definitely better than having chinese signs that everybody has and no one knows what they mean or like barbed wires or stuff like that...
am i the only one admitting that not all of them are actually bad? just the pic of the tattoo was made by the wrong angle or that the 41 is nice but made by not that realistic style and the 44 is actually very good piece of art:/ ....who made this article? ....i would apologize to at least those 2 guys
And that, people, is why one should be willing to pay good money on getting a tattoo from a proper artist.
