If it makes your sleepless nights any easier, know that you aren't alone. According to CDC data, more than a third of American adults are not getting enough of good sleep on a regular basis. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society recommend that adults aged 18–60 years should get at least 7 hours of quality sleep each night to promote optimal health and well-being.

Me trying to figure out how long it would take me to walk 500 miles after hearing the song last week. If my gaite is 3 feet and I take a step every 2 seconds; 500x5280=2.64M feet. 2.64M/3=880,000 steps. 880,000x2=1.76M seconds. 1.76M/60/60/24=20.3 days of I never stop once.

Or that skull ring I stole from Woolworths Five & Dime when I was 4 years old in the 1950s. The only part I remember is my mom making me take it back and apologize. It STILL keeps me awake at night. Sheesh!

Yes sometimes I wake up an hour before my alarm and go to sleep and I kind of half sleep and feel suspicious about how long I'm able to do that because it feels much longer than an hour
