In my mind I imagine this professor to be poor, older gentleman with gray hair. Who is yet trying to learn about all that "online class" stuff.
At least that's a good apology: I'm sorry, here's what I did wrong, I won't do it again.

I spent 23 years teaching at a community college, and about every 3 terms or so, a student would complain that they had showed up to class (I was one of the very few assigned a permanent classroom) expecting me to be there...when it was an online class. Unfortunately, the dean often took there side and castigated me for not being present. When I explained that it was online, she accused me of not contacting the students first, which I had always done. *smh*
I can't begin to imagine how much it hurt to write that second email.

And how can you NOT know it's an online class unless this is something new in his school. I'd drop the class just due to that. I need someone much smarter teaching me.

Just had one: I'm from latin america, send my friend a youtube video of a messaging led board (simillar to the one i bought yesterday) cause she didn't understand what was like. Saw the video and asked "So... the letters are in english?"...
So as funny as some of these are, this is a SERIOUS epidemic we shouldn't be laughing about. I've been taking note of the decrease in intelligence level every year for about the last 20 years. The other day I read a study out of EU (of all places, not the US) that their intelligence level has been decreasing. It is NOT a coincidence why this is happening. They are poisoning us & those poisons harm our brain. Do your research people. One way to control the masses is to make them weak & stupid.
Oh, I see at least 50 people doing dumb before 9:00AM. And their numbers grow exponentially. Let's hope no one snaps a picture of us smart guys when we do something dumb. And we will. Maybe not epically dumb. But dumb enough to have our picture right next to some other dummies. S**t happens. And we all will step in it eventually.
Because they are CENSORING all the posts from those of us who think that your intolerant, uninformed liberal, fascist mindsets only prove that it is YOU who are the idiots!
