If you’ve ever owned a pet that’s bigger than a hamster, you know how hard it can be to tame the beast for a visit to the vet clinic. With a dog, though, it is arguably easier than with some of these weird cats - you can put it on a leash and muzzle it. Also, dogs are not inclined to claw at your face, wriggle like crazy and disappear from your sight in a split second. You guessed it; we are dedicating this post to the funny cats (and their unlucky owners), who had to pay a visit to the vet.
Bored Panda has compiled a list of drama queen kitty cats who just couldn’t calmly handle their health check-ups. Some of the primadonnas in these funny pictures decided to hide in trash bins in avoidance of the terrible Vet; others pretended they’re not even there, while some of the cute cats threw a temper tantrum the scale of WW III. Now, as funny as these cats might look, remember that there’s probably a bleeding vet and a concerned owner of the little devil behind the frame.

Do You Spy The Kitty Waiting For The Vet?
The best thing is that there are A LOT of black cats in this post..
My black cat's first vet visit: she was 3 months old (SPCA reject.) The vet opened the door and left it open. The little stinker dashed into the back hall and up the stairs to the hospital wing. They had to recruit the entire staff, and it took them 20 minutes to catch her. The vet carried her back; she was purring. He never left that door open again. Wonder why...
Load More Replies...My cat Mint actually likes going to vet wierdly enough. Probably because she and her litter mates got sick, had go to vets many times and had eye drops and medication applied daily for a month or so. Her mother gave birth the same day she was captured so she probably passed something on to the kittens. Still resolted Mint being not minding health checkups or the treatments at home or vets. She just loves the attention from vets and vets love her back. It’s fun to watch as they are so excited that there is a cat actually likes vets. Last one actually added to her medical records “All the best for the lovely cat Mint!” :)
My cat is terrified whenever I take her to the vet, she starts trembling and when I hold her on my lap, she sticks her head in between my arm and body.
She seems rather relaxed comapred to what we were served above.
Load More Replies...Benefits of having a certified wobbly cat- he cannot get into most of those places since he would fall over if he tried.
We live 5-10 minutes from the vet's by car. As soon as you put the cat in his carrier her vomits, poos and pees and by the time you get there he's covered in it.
My had stayed a night at the hospital after swallowing a needle (he's fine now, no surgery needed). The clipboard on his "room" door said "aggressive x 1000000000". The nurse called and said they couldn't take his temperature as he was too aggressive -_-
I wish our kitties could understand that the vet is there to help, it breaks my heart when my kitties look so betrayed when I take them to the vet...
My mom always made me go to the vet with my childhood cat- if I was there she would just cling to me and try to hide in my shoulder. If I wasn't, she wouldn't come out of the carrier. My current dog absolutely loves the vet. She always opens the doors to the back so she can say hi.
Cats at the vet should be in the Vet's hands or in their cage. What if they bite those handy electrical cords ?
I have never met a cat the bites electrical cords. Ever.
