The ability to tell the entire world what you feel or think is dizzying. 'How should I phrase this?' 'Do I include that?' 'Is this oversharing?' So many doubts are lurking around that share button.
But believe it or not, some people are immune to them. They post every thought that crosses their mind. And they can be anyone! Parents complaining about their kids, high schoolers "analyzing" political discourse, celebrities interacting with fans, or everyday folks venting about their lives; we can't keep count.
Here's a collection of tweets from people who decided to get personal online. Too personal!

The staff at CollegeGrad, an entry-level job site for college students and recent grads, believe there are at least 9 things you should never post on social media.
1. Profanity. The language you use on social media is often the same one you'll use when casually interacting with coworkers. A minor four-letter-word once in a while isn't a crime, but if swearing is a big part of who you are, it may affect how employers look at you.
2. Abusive content. Social media can be a great place to share opinions, but if your feed is full of arguments and rants, you may come across as an overly negative person, probably not the kind of employee companies want in their office.
3. Adult content. A snapshot on the beach is perfectly fine but posting explicit photos of yourself can have a noticeable impact on your image. The Internet is a public place. So, before posting a selfie, consider if you are OK with being seen like that in the office.

4. Illegal content. Not only could this get you fired, but it may also land you on America's Stupidest Criminals. Even worse, you could be arrested if authorities see credible evidence of certain kinds of illegal activity.
5. Offensive content. Racism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination should have no place in your (online) life.
6. Negative opinions about your job, employer, boss, or professor. One comment about how you hate your job could cause future employers to wonder if you really like the work you are doing or not. And a comment about your "stupid boss" could make your next conversation about the raise you were hoping to get a lot more difficult.
7. Drug-related content. Some employers may require you to pass a drug test as a hiring condition. But chances are you won't even make it that far if you post about substances publicly.

Yep,she's Right
8. Poor grammar. A comma here and there is nothing but if you don't know the difference between "your" and "you're", it's time to learn. Communication, including writing, is an important part of professional life.
9. Threats. It is not OK to threaten others, no matter the situation you're in. Wishing someone ill, whether it is a friend, family member, colleague, politician, celebrity, whatever; if you don't like someone else, social media is not the place to be hurling threats of any kind.
The Internet is public. Remember that when you're posting from your personal account.

Many times while my wife was in the hospital fighting her losing battle with cancer, I would stay overnight with her. It cost me $25 every time I did. F'in US hospitals.
for me it was $20/day in Canada. And also, my husband lost the battle after fighitng for 2 years..
Load More Replies...Visitor parking charge = bad. Out-patient parking charge = terrible. Staff parking charge = f**king ridiculous.
Sadly our hospitals you have to pay for parking.
Load More Replies...The entire america does too. Grab some popcorn america is about to say sorry for a week straight
Load More Replies...I got a parking ticket and taken to county court for it when I was in hospital having emergency surgery to remove my dead baby from me. UK hospitals are s**t too.
Scotland has free parking at all hospitals - head up north. I'm so sorry for your loss x
Load More Replies...Or having to park ages away from work and walk a lot in the dark because the parking lot is ridiculously tiny.
My sister was getting social security disability when my Dad was on his last legs and in the hospital. I paid for her parking (gladly), but it was just an added stressor for her that she couldn't pay for it herself (after the first couple of times). Ridiculous. More ridiculous since public transportation is a joke where I live (Minnesota, USA).
Good old UK outsources most the hospital parking to companies who even charge the staff, let alone the patients, so the fee you pay doesn't even benefit the NHS!
And how about the ones who make you put your vehicle registration number in so that you can't give an unexpired ticket to the next person, that is grand master level shitty
Load More Replies...The reason is to keep away people who aren't going to those institutions ensuring parking is available for those that are.
They could validate or give permits to current school enrollees.
Load More Replies...Paying for hospital parking is awful, especially if you can't afford it and need to go to the hospital. The funny thing is usually the first 2 hours are free but if your in A&E you could be waiting longer that that just to be seen.
Wow, 2 hours! You might be able to do an outpatients appointment in that time. We get 20 mins free, which is only enough time to drop someone off. I drove my gf to A&E after she was run over (literally - a car ran over her leg) and we waited 7 hours in A&E. It cost me £10 in parking. The alternative was to have called an ambulance. So even saving the hospital money actually cost me money!
Load More Replies...Also the UK. Treatment may be free, but parking isn't, even for the staff... :-(
got one more for the list, the local cemetery. Went for a funeral and got charged to park.
Our hospital had to up rates cuz the prepandemic downtown workers found out it was $2 a day. We had to up it to 10 and then hand out parking passes for all the visitors. Jerks.
this... and also PUBLIC beaches. I can't stand how the last few times I drove out to San Diego and you have to pay for parking at a public beach. That's ridiculous. Not a PRIVATE beach a PUBLIC beach.
I think it depends on the hospital. The smaller one in my town, parking is free. But the bigger ones in the city, you have to pay.
I think there are two sides of this coin - if it was for free, people who have no business in hospital would be parking there all day blocking those who need those parking lots. I think the parking fee should be there but very cheap. In the city I live at (in Czechia) it costs $0.40 per hour which I think is reasonable.
I've never been to a hospital that charged for parking in Arizona
When I was pregnant and close to my due date, I was so stressed we wouldn't have the cash to get through the booth at the hospital carpark. It was one of those ones where you have to pay before you enter, not as you leave, and didn't have card facilities...so without cash, you're screwed. I hate leaving money in the car, but did so for weeks for fear of giving birth at the carpark entrance.
But just wondering who's going to paid for it. I mean, sure the parking lots can be free but the cost will just be added somewhere--to your fees or your books or your meals...
living in Brasilia, Brasil: there was a pilot who died in a plane crash, and his car was confiscated by the owners of the parking and demanded the family pay the dues to the car stationed there to pay them before they could tow the car of their deceased familiar!!!
Agree with the hospital bit but, if universities provided parking spaces for every student who has a car, your campus would resemble one huge car park with no teaching facilities. (20 years experience of uni campus parking strategy under my belt)
Along with #1, not have to buy a parking pass (about $200 when i was there) for a place that has no where near enough parking & will tow you at the drop of a hat for parking somewhere else
We pay for parking at hospitals in Denmark to but there are no hospital bills - it's all free
The pre-surgical admitting appointment had validation, but not the surgery itself... even the chaplain was like, dang it, we've been fighting to get that reversed, or to have visitors validated too....
I've never heard of having to pay for hospital parking, I dont think it is a common thing in my state, for which I am grateful. But that is ridiculous that it exists anywhere.
Perhaps someone will create an app for that so legitimate users can park free and the pirates get sunk.
Go up to the front desk and ask to buy a parking pass, just like the employees do. It's cheaper and covers the whole month; every hospital I've been to finds a way to help me. Or, ask for an assistance form; seriously, sit your ass down and fill out their medical financial aid form and write 'for parking'. Hospitals have funds available for many different needs and this is one of them.
Also, don't take no for an answer. There are funds available to help with this and if they don't help you; tell them to send your loved one to a different hospital of your choosing. The new hospital will gladly find you a place to park your car as they cash in on the patients illness. Sad but true.
Load More Replies...In other countries the hospital meals are luxurious but here you have to pay for an ambulance and the food is slop. It's like if you dont pay were gonna let you die thank you for paying heres your lousy exuse for a meal!
Bad idea. Space is scarce, and so to promote efficient use some pricing is appropriate. And as if you aren't going to go ahead with a reimbursed $500 treatment because of $5 in parking costs.
Also, why are all the parking spots closest to the entrance reserved for doctors? So all the sick and elderly people can admire their Mercedes and BMWs as they hobble to the door?
When parking in DESIGNATED parking at emergency room to take my small child in I got a ticket FOR PARKING IN E.R. PATIENT PARKING, hello? child doesn't drive.
In the states a shameful number of places (even urban areas) have little/poor public transit, unfortunately.
Load More Replies...If you’re going to hospital in Germany the only you have to pay for is parking. Anything else is payed by the public health insurance you are forced to maintain. Insurance costs depends from your income, between €220 and eighthundredsomething Euros per month.
This must be America, as no student here can afford a car, let alone drive it to uni! Hospitals I agree with - they charge to discourage people not using the hospital from using their parking - but charging patients who are attending appointments and even worse taking someone to A&E is a disgrace, especially as it is not a nominal fee. Even more frustrating when they are running late and you get charged more for parking. On the other hand it generates much needed funding for the hospital.
I drove to school... And paid for parking at some lots. And I wasn't the only one. Did use public transport too, but sometimes it was just easier to go by car. But yes, that's definitely not the standard in The Netherlands at least ;)
Load More Replies...US hospitals suck. It's like they don't want us to get better...
I am okay with paying for parking. Seeing the sign "You are parking at your own risk. Management is not responsible for damage/loss" irritates me.

Why is your political affiliation so important to Americans? Are there no people that just don't like any of them? That think, I'll listen to what they say and vote for the person that seems to have the best ideas to me? When I was 7, I lost a tooth. I put it under my pillow for the tooth fairy. The next morning I found a $20 bill under my pillow. I rushed in to the kitchen and said "The tooth fairy gave me 20 bucks!!" My mother looked at my Dad and said "Wow...the tooth fairy was generous!" To which my Dad responds "Probably because it was dark and the tooth fairy couldn't see what he was pulling out of his wallet."
