My foster son is terrified of fruit flies 1st and all bugs a close 2nd. I'd already convinced him that scooping the litter boxes was a treat to be earned, then took it next level. After seeing a tiny cockroach, I told him we had to clean to ensure a bug free home. I sit and read while he cleans.
