Many kids like to show off on social media, but some are learning the hard way that there are consequences to trying to look cool, especially if you're Facebook friends with your parents! Because as you can see from this funny list compiled by Bored Panda, kids are getting trolled by their very own folks, from the girl whose dad told her she'd make a good prostitute to the guy whose mom admitted to smoking more meth than he did. Don't forget to vote for the funniest, and remember to think twice the next time your parents send you a friend request...

Parents Who Know How To Facebook Are Dangerous
True, I don't know whether this was "wrong" or "right" parenting. But, what is sure is that he will most likely not make this same mistake again given that consequence.
Parents have the physical right to do that they think right for the best of their kids. Of course when a parent do something like this, must have arleady took the prooper actions for his/her child's intellectual development (ethicks, logic, etc) so the child can understund why Parent did that. Mistrust and Defiance are not a part of what i just said. Unfortunately, maybe its a big part of our world right now, but this is other topic. When you learn your kid, "why something is wrong or non-natural" and not only tell "its wrong", the child can think it, and take decision himself. (sorry for bad english)
Load More Replies...I have no problem imagining this being a fair punishment. There's a lot of problems with kids sharing stuff they have no business staring. And the sand thing is they do not get why it's not okay. This will not ruin his life. It will go away again. But who know what he has been saying? Kids take their own lives, end up moving or getting treatment for the rest of their lives when they spread rumors not matter if they are true or not. I'm guessing he didn't understand rye consequence so his dad wanted to teach him a lesson.
Friends on face book will who see him in person as well, will be teasing him for the rest of his life.
But he said something about a girl first. Her friends and acquaintances will be teasing her as well. So what's the best consequence to teach this boy that what you say on the internet hurts people's lives, and you can't take it back? How will he really understand the impact of his actions on this girl?
Load More Replies...One the one hand, this is clever. On the other hand, the bed wetting part is not. Making a teenager taste his own medicine will not have the desired effect if he is quite imature, but rather demonstrate to him that what he did his parents essentially also so.
this might be funny but it's also an incredibly mean way to permanently damage your trust w your kid. Ok one bad joke, he will have PEE TSD
My apologies, it was waiting to be said. I still think it's wrong to reveal embarrassing info as punishment
Load More Replies...That wasn't wrong. Think he'll do it again? Put yourself in the girl's shoes. Some punishments are well deserved.
Load More Replies...It's called Karma. What goes around, comes around. Don't expect any wrongdoings going unpunished. I'd hate my personal information being shared to the world, so why would I even think of doing that to another person; regardless of if I like the person or not?

Yeah yeah yeah good parents destroy their kids on Facebook it is well known. It sure is hilarious, and often deserved, but there are better ways to teach your kids a lesson than humiliate them publicly, however tempting it might be. So: fun, but inappropriate.
There are a lot of kids these days who need to be taken down a peg or two.

I'm so glad that I wasn't friends with my parents while I was in school.
