Myrna Tellingheusen has been tweeting since 2015, and her wise quotes perfectly poke fun at the stereotypes surrounding old folks. So far, little is known about Myrna, and her identity is a complete mystery. Some of her followers want to believe the old lady behind all the life advice is real, while others think she's nothing more than a fictional character. "I exist in a modular home park in Rainbow, California, a sleepy little town just north of San Diego, and just south of Temecula," Myrna told Bored Panda. "My story is long and fascinating. However, the short version of this story is I want to make social media fun."

I cannot agree with this more!! Stop putting my bag of salad on the BOTTOM of the bag. It's produce, not packing material!

OMG Yes! Boxes and cans go together, cold items stay together so they stay cold longer, produce gets it's own bag, household stuff and chemicals should be separated from food. Is that too hard lol.
This reply should have more upvotes. Its kinda the whole point. Not the gender of the person doing it or that it is a separate person than the customer or the checker. Whomever is doing it, do it right!

(1) No, the US is not the only country. There are, for example, bag boys and girls in the Bahamas. Also, petrol station attendants. (2) Not all stores in the US have separate bag boys/girls/men/women. (3) In many countries, the cashier also packs the bag - Myrna's point still applies.

I wish I could upvote this more than once! We don't have bag boys in the UK, but the checkout operators are well trained in ruining my game of packing Tetris. Even when it's quiet and I can leave gaps between things, they still seem to manage it!
Where does this happen? I live in a small county in England and have never been in a shop with somebody who's specific role is to put shopping in a bag for people.
In France there's noone bagging for you, the cashier beeps the items, and you bag them yourself, so you have to be as fast as them, but at least you pack them the way you like it... I like to have flat, solid things on the bottom and soft shapeless things on top, so my bag STANDS on itself without rolling and falling around in the trunk. My guy still didn't get this.
