50 Fashion Disasters Turned Into Hilarious Memes
Ah, the world of high fashion. Elitist, pretentious and ridiculously out of touch to your average person, some of the creations fashion houses come out with, presumably while enthusiastically sniffing their own farts, are just too easy to make fun of.
We here at Bored Panda have collected a fun list of memes around the world of fashion that do precisely that, because when you strip away all the glitz and glamor, following 'trends' that someone made up in a boardroom somewhere is a bit silly, isn't it?
Scroll down to check out the list for yourself, and let us know what you think in the comments!

The last time I was on an overseas flight, it seemed that every other man under age 40 was wearing a version of that 2005 scarf.
LOL imagine myself walking like this to a job interview -_- .........I got hired.
While I think everyone should wear what he or she wants, I find it hard to comprehend why anyone would accept a lack in functionality for a gain in style.
I think sometimes the lack in functionality is okay to gain in style (like wearing things for really fancy events where you just stand around all day) but for everyday usage most of these seem crazy
My casual clothes have been the same since jr high, T-shirt's and comfy jeans, though the fit of both of have improved over the years, and most of my shirts are funnier now
Same for me, except all my clothing is now a larger size :/
A lot of this is just avant garde type clothing, so of course no one is going to wear this stuff in public because it would look ridiculous. Avant Garde is used for fashion designers to express themselves, even if it looks really weird but they are artists and very talented ones at that.
I totally get the part that art plays in fashion. Some of the outfits were artfully interesting, but wearing a blowup pool is neither art nor fashion.
Art is subjective, there is no yes or no.
Explain the entry which says, 1970: I bet there will be flying cars in the future ? :)
Fashion like this is purely art, it's not for wearing in real life, obviously, it's no different to an art installation, a sculpture or a painting whatever. Some it is fully wacky mate.
What really gets me, is the prices for the names on the "clothing." $8000 for the Joey-is-wearing-all-of-Chandler's-closet?
If Team Rocket controlled the fashion world
hahahahaha!!! The caption is killing me hahaha!!!
I want to cry for all of those models being humilated and still thinking they're "something"
We need a plague
Evolution is reversing.
Ben Stiller really nailed it in Zoolander! This movie is not only funny, but also pretty realistic.
2019 is already trying to kill us. Also, why the hell can’t people spell anymore?! It drives me CRAZY.
I just don't understand the runway fashions that you see... just why? and people clamor to be there for these shows. It is funny about the cod piece though
I think its time to advise all this "fashion" designer not to use so much LSD, just a free advise, and don't put it in the drink before the catwalk start to the public
None of this screams fashion, and I don't even have to look it up!
I have tears running down my face from laughing so hard!
I believe garter belts n stockings are the shit!
I'm not sure I should have looked at this before bedtime ... nightmare fodder ...
This is why I want to be a fashion designer so I can fix... this
My most favorite panda post in a while.
No.
So my understanding is that the goal is to make stuff look as ridiculous as possible?
