The weather is still awful and will likely remain so for at least another couple of months, and the work on your desk has piled up over the Christmas period together with the inches around your waist. January and February are definitely fertile months for the occasional 'epic fail day!'

This is a post about bad days, not bad luck. You can cause your own bad day. I prove that often.
Don't forget to factor in plain honest stupidity.
True for some, but I wouldn't say "most". I scanned down through them. I would say at least half were either in no way the fault of the person, or were caused by simple human mistake (versus laziness or great carelessness).
Most of these were really fun, but some of them made me question human intelligence.
