Saying us that are blind cant use a mirror? I have only one eye, I can see faces, I can not read words perfectly, thus is why there is braille, for people that are like me, hell I would have loved this when I was 8 I guess cause you can see, this means you never have to touch braille, I know a lot of people that just touch it and go "wow this is how the blind see" But you dont need it, I imagine you touching it and saying " Im too stupid to understand this"

unless that mirror is really small, the braille is too large to be read anyway. Braille cannot be enlarged like print and retain the same readability. probably a half-assed effort to meet ADA guildelines to get some grant or another

I think it's actually supposed to be a stacked parking lot. You see a lot of them at restaurants with limited parking areas, and the valet needs to shuffle cars around to get them out. There was a community center in my neighborhood that also had to convert their normal parking lot to stacked parking as one of the city's conditions for approving some renovations. The community center had to accommodate a certain number of vehicles in their parking lot so that the impact on the surrounding neighborhood streets would be lessened; the only way they could do that was to implement stacked parking.
