People in certain hot countries/places actually believe that hot tea helps you tolerate the heat better - it will make you sweat more and the excessive perspiration will then cool you off better or something along those lines. Personally I'm not buying into this but that's a thing:P Hot tea with *salt* is also a thing in some of those places btw. Yikes.
Well it's not warm in the first place( Scotland) and some of us are obsessed with iced tea, me included!
