In case you didn’t know humor and comics are something that pretty much go hand in hand 99% of the time, whether it would be something wholesome and sweet or even dark and eerie, comic authors never fail to bring out a reaction from us. One of those said artists is no other than Leighton Luckey who is the author of "Trying Times Comics." Leighton’s comics are perfect for those of you who need a temporary break to put your worries aside.
So yes, if you need a good distraction from all negative news, well, you’ve come to the right place. If by any chance you’d like to see more of Luckey’s comics, you can find them by clicking here and here.
With all of that said, scroll down to see Leighton’s newest work and let us know what you think in the comments below, Pandas!

When it comes to talking about himself, here's what the author of the comics had to say on his website, "Trying Times Comics was born out of, well, these trying times. Some time into the great quarantine, I needed a little more creative expression and a little more connection to the outside world so I chose comics.
I hope that if you found your way here I've helped brighten your day, even just a little."
In a previous interview with Bored Panda, when asked how the artist would describe Trying Times Comics to someone who isn't familiar with it, the artist said this: "Trying Times Comics is about nerd life, relationships, and these trying times. That's kinda the tagline I'm going with at least. But more specifically it's about my personal interests, conversations/situations I have with my wife and friends (and cat), and whatever else is going on around me."
Happens with cats, too. Wake up to a well-chewed catnip mouse under your chin. But at least the Kitty was happy.
I'm so much the treasure hunter. I will put off the main quest to do side missions, go out my way for loot/treasure, etc
Yup. I see Sora's sword from Kingdom Hearts, the Master Sword from the Legend of Zelda, and I think Cloud's sword from Final Fantasy.
Load More Replies...Id just like to applaud the notable weapons on that collection wall. Most are from newer or still ongoing games but im glad Frostmourne will not be forgotten.
i’m the last one. if only i could final boss at lvl 1 in Castle Crashers
Im the collector lol. In botw, my inventory is maxed out but still full from my first stick lmao
That's less "the collector" and more "the hoarder," like me I bet you'd have like 200 potions and refuse to use them.
Load More Replies...Tbh I'm a mix of 1 and 4 I just hoard useless stuff that I hope will be more useful later and then have no inventory space
Apparently I am the psychopath, so is everyone else I know...
As a Ohioan, I approve of this statement. (It is currently snowing in April over here)
