I don't think that these translation fails belong to the desing fails list. There are plenty of similar 'engrish' shirts available in China, Japan and South Korea.
I spent WAY too much money buying badly translated t shirts in S.Korea. They are my favourite things in the world.

I once saw a shirt at a seconds store that read "Herpies Shmerpies"--I still wish I'd got it, but I'd figured my dating game would take a serious hit.
Maybe some designers should give up on radical new ideas. Or at least get someone to wear it, think for a minute or two about it and ask for someone else's opinion before putting on the market. Most times it's a long way from an idea to a customer, did really nobody notice anything wrong?!
