I think its intentional. The pocket is lined up perfectly, and thats a different cut of fabric. So, my guess is this was completely intentional.
This is what happens when the manufacturer is at the end of a yarn of material.
The scary part is the fact that someone decided to use it as a sample display !
That was from the terrible "art class" collection they were selling a year or so ago in the boys department...it looked like the worst of project runway trying to be metrosexual for ages 7-12...absolutely "bully target" clothes. Shame that they got rid of the Shawn White line (which was really cut well and used good material) and replaced it with this c**p
