Should remove the words 'There is NO' - then you have the check box for 'other choice'.
Someone in design thought you could tick Other Choice. That's okay. The bit that needs removing is the 'There is NO'.

The 3rd check box is intentional, it's for the word "Other" as in: There is NO "[] Other" choice. Like on some forms there is Yes, No, Other. I hope I'm clear in my explanation.
We all get that. We are laughing because by keeping that third option on the list, they have made an option other than the two they claim are the only options.
