Imagination Level 100. My 2-Year-Old Daughter Drew A Pillow With Chalk, Then Lay Down For A Nap
Most parents have used the whole spelling out secret words trick with toddlers, but did you know that by the time your little kid turns one, they probably understand about 70 words. Even though they can only make nonsense sounds back, they are listening, so keep up the "baby talk."
One Step Away From Heart Attack
Gotta Love Kids, Lol
The terrible twos filled with arguing, tantrums and defiance. But what makes two so special? Two-year olds have more than 100 trillion synapses, or brain connections, which is the most they will ever have in their lifetime. Instead of fighting with them, use this time to teach them, because they have a lot more going up there than you do. In fact, adults only have half of the neural pathways that a two-year-old has.
Potentially The Best Answer My Daughter Has Ever Given On A Worksheet
These Kids Were Asked To Dress Up As Elves For Their School Play. One Kid Dressed Up As Elvis
Ever heard people say they are throwing an elaborate birthday party for their one-year-old - you know- for the memories? Well as it turns out children’s memories aren't fully operational before the age of three. While stimulating your babies brain is still important for development, they probably aren't going to be re-telling those stories of the time you hauled them around Disneyland at two-years-old.
His Sister Is In Good Hands
My Daughter's Reaction When Holding Her New Baby Sister. Much Heavier Than The Dolls She Practiced On
Peek-a-boo may seem like a silly joke, but for pre-schoolers this magic trick is serious stuff. Their brains have yet to develop logic and perspective, so when they put their hands over their eyes and you disappear, they really think that you can't see them because they can't see you. A much less strenuous game of hide-and-seek don't you think?
My Daughter Looks Like A Mom That Regrets All Her Life Decisions
But in reality she is multitasking by feeding her brother? and watching cartoons (maybe).
Words Of The Week
As much as you might laugh at what your hilarious kids do, babies and kids take the cake when it comes to getting a kick out of laugh. These prime stand-up comedy audience members can laugh up to 300 times a day. Whereas adults typically laugh at the most, about 20 times a day. So the next time your feeling blue take a tip from babies and look at your feet - apparently they are hilarious.

My Kindergarten Teaching Experience In A Nutshell
How will you show how you know the answer tho? It's like asking why A comes before B haha
I imagine they are looking for an answer like "3 has one number and 10 has two in it," (cuz now we're learning our 10s and those have 2 numbers in them to help us keep track!) or "10 comes after three." Anything to show it wasn't a lucky guess so you know they understand.
Load More Replies...You remember the Reading Rainbow ? and the line "The More You Know " ??
When you dont know the answer, just draw an aesthetically pleasing picture! Guaranteed A!
Well this kid is never going to college 😁 (totally JOKING of course, please don't reply with anger)
This reminds me of the movie "Shirley Valentine". She answers a question correctly (outdoing the perfect girl) and her teacher has a fit. "Well, someone must have told you!" she yells. Shirley responds with "Well how the bloody hell else would I have known it?" One of my all time favorite movie quotes.
I'm trying to understand the people who think this question is too hard for a 5 year old...??? Really? Every 5 year old I know can work a laptop, iPad, iPhone, camera & knows how to upload videos, run the X-Box console & can figure out the 18 remotes that run the TV, stereo, DVD & all things remote or electronic...but you think they shouldn't know that 3 is a smaller number than 10 & be able to explain why they know that...? Hmm...SMH
The second number is in Base 2. The child is depicting for us a representation of the Base 2 Universe's Gateway. Such stunning visuals!
This is because they've seen the ten and drawn a rainbow as there's an addition strategy called rainbow facts which is any two numbers that add together to make ten. So I think you have to understand how they're taught before you make a joke.
Am I the only one who wants to see the kid who circled "3", but justified it by stating the 3 is a base 10 number, but the "10" is binary (and therefore only 2 to the non-engineers of the world). Sheldon would.
The kid is an annoyed genius. He drew a rainbow with 3 lines, but thought asking him to show it was stupid so he circled 10.
"Tell or show how you know the answer", for 5 year olds?! What the f***? That is not an appropriate question for that age group. Most 5 year olds would not be able to answer that question. In fact, I'm not even sure how how I would be able to answer that question. I mean, how to explain how you know that 3 is smaller than 10? This is ridiculous, and this teacher should not be using this material.
Would a child in kindergarten be able to read and be able to answer ? ? ?
Who designs this kind of s**t? "Tell or show how you know the answer"???? What kind of answer did they expect? How can you explain how you know that 3 is smaller than 10?
That is how common core works. You have to explain answers.
Load More Replies...The question is if i’s kindergarten how could the kids read the question?
I was able to read in kindergarten. We had to be able to write our names. I was 4. We did math all the time. Thanks mom for the books and having me watch Sesame Street. I was obsessed with counting to ten in Spanish.
Load More Replies...She expected this child to know the difference between 3 & 10. Not an unrealistic expectation if you ask me.

Oh, when they grow up and see these...I have a feeling their parents will hold this against them forever lol, i know my mum and dad would.
Kids are kind and also brutally honest,, so when the time comes, teach them tact, though they may just tell you, mommy said not to tell you your but is too big, but I’m supposed to be tatful, her word, and then tells you not to tattle on her!
