nice try ! but as the sign speaks to Europe as if it is the US, I hardly think the US is in a position to ridicule any political system on this planet. They are truely at the bottom of the food chain when it comes to political systems you can take serious.

I like the UK, and my family is part British, but they are always insulting Americans. Americans love the British, their Doctor Who type shows, their Downtown Abby, etc. But they don't like the US.
