All of those puppies are products of Korean puppy mills. They breed for tiny puppies, most with genetic defects.

NO. There are puppy mills for ALL breeds. There are very many, very many, breeders of small dogs. Please get your facts straight. There are breeds of all sizes who are prone to genetic disorders. Where did you even get this idea??

They could be teacup versions or puppies. My neighbors teacup chihuahua is not much bigger full grown.
