Not true. Very few countries have completely universal healthcare. The UK is the only one I know and the standards are absolutely rubbish despite a stupid amount of money (which keeps increasing) being pumped into the NHS. Anyone who can afford to goes private, and if there's one thing that will bankrupt the UK, it's the awful universal healthcare system.

Influence is a better word. No matter how much the eco warriors put their fingers in their ears when this is mentioned, the earth's climate has a natural ebb and flow. So to a degree, climate change (warming or cooling) is natural, this is backed up by plenty of science. Most people are well aware that before humans ever had an impact the earth was at times both warmer and cooler than now. The human impact is simply speeding up the rate at which we're moving into a warmer phase, and yes there are consequences and impacts of this, but none so bad that we should go back to living in a pre industrial landscape like some of the green nutcases appear to want.
