"Crappy Design" (previously here, here, and here) is back, and it's the crappiest pile of crap that has ever been crapped. Alright, maybe that was a little harsh, but after you take a look at some of these "accidents," you'll definitely wonder how on earth can anyone greenlight and produce them. imagine trying to navigate those stairs in the middle of the night while drunk and looking for the toilet. NOPE
They look crazy, but these are actually pretty effective space-stairs. You have to walk up and down them the same way every time (always start w the left foot going up), but if you only have room for a steep stairway, these are much more comfortable to use than a regular-shaped steep stairway, as they allow you to walk up and down normally. There are a few versions of this sort of thing, but they are actually pretty great.
maybe that's a french use of "design", "conceptual" may work better for this sentence?

I would feel it my obligation, nay my duty, to find a sledgehammer right quick.
You always have to use the same foot for the correct step. Is this perhaps an art installation? Because WHO would really go for this? How could it hold up someone who weighed, say 230lbs +??? There is no support for weight, making me think it's art.
I don't see a problem with this, just make sure your first step is with the correct foot and youre good, I like them

Failed Bored Panda design- Accidentally swipe left or right and you have to reload and scroll through everything again to get to where you were. Oh, and let's make it over 300 posts so it's extra frustrating if it happens toward the end of the list.
We had a gorgeous thing happen here about a couple weeks ago. Had the pavement in a certain area covered in fancy new tiles, okay, nice. Then a few days later they suddenly come and put ASPHALT over it. Asphalt. On top of (new) tiles. Okay.....then at night(!) they come back and tear the asphalt off(??), damaging the tiles in the process, and in the morning they take off the rest of the tiles(...). Then they put new new tiles there(.......). The whole city's holding its breath in anticipation of what happens next now XD
I found this gem popping up as an advert in this thread!

#13 looks awfull lot like the place i live in - means that's one of my neighbor's toilet
There was one I just saw today! Goldfish Crackers with the label "baby" where the flavor should be.. I can't tell if that's a flavor, or..
I bought them too, I'll keep you posted on what they taste like.
