“Alice’s Forgotten”: I Did A Themed Photoshoot Of Alice In Wonderland Characters Who Aren’t The Main Cast (22 Pics)
The concept of this photoshoot was to represent the 'non-main' characters of Alice in Wonderland and to tell the story of how they may feel not being as important or referenced as the 'main' characters.
My sister and I made the tables and we made the life-sized mushrooms with my hubs.
A little poem I wrote to illustrate the concept:
ALICE'S FORGOTTEN:
They'd been there the whole story—helping Alice find her way
Through rabbit holes and potions, they were constants, you could say
But they soon received a letter—an "un-vitation" of pure shame
They'd been dubbed as 'extras' they were certainly not 'the main'
No the Duchess and the Tweedles, Caterpillar?—just "assistants"
The Talking Flower, Pink Flamingo, no, not main, just the sidekicks
They hurried to the tea party, but alas no one was there
They tried to find keys to magic doors, but there are none to spare
Shunned and alone, they have parties so downtrodden
They are the ones we don't recall, they're Alice's forgotten

The costumes, props and photography come together to create something amazing. The attention to detail is phenomenal
Just a reminder: Piling downvotes gets people's account suspended. Three suspensions is the death penalty. LINDA KIRKLAND's comments are a little cringey, (I don't think the author intends to sexualize the characters, and to do so would be pervy) but consider whether you think removal from the site is the best social intervention.
I like that they are pretending to dump the tea on each others heads (far right)
Everbody else is like :o and the blue one is just like ¨Ya I don't care¨
I love the post, don’t like the comments very much (speaking to Linda specifically)
What's sad is if you look at her profile she didn't do that to other posts...just this one. Like wtf lady
Load More Replies...The blue one was the caterpillar, twins were Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, pink was the flamingo (queen’s croquet mallet), the other two were only in the books I believe. The yellow one was a talking flower near the beginning of one book where they mistook Alice for a flower, the red was a woman with a pig baby is the Duchess who is the red Queen’s friend.
Load More Replies...So creative! Did you create the costumes yourself? They're really cool!
The theme, costumes, settings and portrayals in these pictures is amazing. My favorites are Tweedle-dum and Tweedle-dee but I'd hang them all in my home! Beautiful visuals of a childhood favorite.
