In Iran, women did not used to be treated as slaves. Countries can progress from freedom and some amount of social egalitarianism to the point of treating women as house sex slaves due to fundamentalist (which does NOT mean traditional or old-fashioned) religions taking over the government. We must be diligent against that.
Yes, I was telling my brother about this-- Iran used to be one of the most progressive Middle Eastern countries, until the rise of Khomeni and the revolution. It is really sad how the country regressed after that. :(

I have been dealing with depressions for about two years with having worse moments through out the last year. On top of that i have been single for nearly the same time. I got to work knowing that I had woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, so I immediately decided I would Google to find something uplifting the moment I sat down at my desk.
