A significant portion of us has to deal with fake people, fake news and fake world problems all day every day. And there are several ways to deal with the damage done by these factors – shutting down your phone, turning off your laptop or diving deep into meditation.
Now, since gluten-free, organic and vegan meditation gurus might be as fake as the Instagram influencers, Jason Headley has recorded a meditation guide for real people. And how do you call this kind of video for the genuine portion of society? Well, “F*ck That: A Guided meditation,” of course!
“Gradually let the horseshit of the external world fade from your awareness,” Jason Headley’s soothing voice says invitingly in his awesome funny video. He uses somewhat crude language to connect with modern listeners who are sickened by the stupid problems with society, though meditative and spiritual purists may not appreciate being asked to breathe out their “bullshit” while meditating.
