If we had only one food group source,(maybe due to depleting the earth's resources--just pretend with me) and it was nutritionally complete on its own, what would you choose out of the possibilities of: meat, dairy, fruits, vegetables or grains?

Meat. I’m allergic to a ton of foods but not meat. In a perfect world I wouldn’t want meat at all. To be honest I only eat once a day and I feel like I shouldn’t have to feel guilty for the little I do eat.
Veggies! Cant get enough of them!
Except for eggplant. That can go rot in hell for all I care.
