22 Of The Funniest Responses To Clothing Ad Where Model Is Wearing An Absurdly Tight Shirt
They say there is no such thing as bad publicity. Well, this clothing brand put that theory to the sternest of tests recently by releasing an ad that certainly got people talking, although we are not sure for the reasons that they had in mind.
The company, called Father & Sons, appear to specialize in the tightest of tight clothes for men, marketed at the kind of insecure, perma-tanned and neck-tattooed blowhard that aspires to be on shows like Jersey Shore. In order to show off their products to their maximum ‘potential,’ they hired the services of a quite extreme male model called Shaun Rezaei, who seems to be obsessed with bodybuilding and achieving the lowest body fat levels humanly possible.
Needless to say, the whole thing has a faintly ridiculous air of male preening and vapid superficiality, which people were quick to pick up on. The funny comments do not disappoint! Do yourself a favor and check out their Facebook page for some savage examples of British humor, almost every post is oozing with cynical piss-taking.
Guys in the habit of skipping leg day can only hope that this kind of clothing never goes mainstream. Maybe it’s the Avengers effect, or that Jason Momoa guy, but the beefcake definitely appears to be back in fashion. That’s fine, but do they really need to strut around in leggings and skin-tight shirts as well? It’s like a Fabio revival over here.
Rezaei, inevitably from California, also calls himself “Mr. Fiveo” and has a company that “encourages and inspires people to live a healthier, happier, more energized life by minimizing unnecessary body fat and building solid muscle mass.”
“A healthier body and mind lead to more productive life experience and success at many levels,” he writes. “FIVEO means striving to achieve below 5% body fat. It is not a short term diet. It is a long term lifestyle change.”

Ok..the only reason the one model has both hands in his front pockets is because his pants are so tight, it's probably exposing his twig an berries.
This is not normal, it is not attractive and it is not even something that ought to be shown since young boys may see this as an ideal they ought to aspire to live up to. It is wierd how many people now seem to be at war with their perfectly normal human bodies. It is also weird that it has become more or less socially accepted to strive to get a body that is abnormal, overly muscular or with duck-like lips, morbidly obese or runway models on the verge of starvation. Whatever happened to "everything is good in moderation" and "a healthy mind in a healthy body"?

Hey if women can wear tight revealing clothing then why can't men? it would be sexist if we think otherwise. Personally I think skin tight clothes are ridiculous and leggings belong at home or in the gym. As for these models who are they catering to? men or women? I am fairly sure under 17% body fat in a man in considered unhealthy??? Not sure if that is accurate, but we do actually require fats in our bodies for systemic use like hormone production, right???
You can definitely go lower than that and still be healthy. At about 10% you have visible abs and above 25% is considered obese. That's the two data point I can remember.

I knew a guy in college who was really into bodybuilding. He could have worn anything, and it would have been obvious he had a strong physique. But he chose to wear shirts that were two sizes too small. I heard that after college he started taking steroids, because he felt the need to get obscenely big.

I think it's his right to look however he wants to look. If he wants to look super super muscular instead of looking attractive to most people, that's perfectly fine, it's his life and his body. He's not just a body builder. He's gone to the extreme where his muscles are large and unnaturally shaped and his veins are prominent. The clothing he is supposedly modelling is so tight that it is not possible to see the style. The buttons are strained so much the fabric is bulging open and is creased up.

No way this is comfortable or healthy. When i started doing a semi regular 5 minutes exercises, my arms and shoulders bulked up a bit (like, i just am bulkier than i was before, not comparing myself to people who really do work out) and a lot of clothes that were comfy before, became tight. Especially around the area where sleeves join the shirt, to the point that i started feeling my arms go numb. These clothes look like they will stop any blood movement to your limbs.

I'm gay and I like guys with that have a bit of a thickness to them. Meaning that I like solid guys and stocky or husky guys. Muscle and athletic builds are nice also but someone with less than 5% body fat is not that attractive. I used to work for someone who wore their clothes way too tight. His buttons where forced open and his shirts were creased. The only difference was he had his chest hair poking out through the stretched button holes and was so fat his belly button was sticking out through one of the holes. I used to work for someone who wore their clothes way too tight. His buttons where forced open and his shirts were creased. The only difference was he had his chest hair poking out through the stretched button holes and was so fat his belly button was sticking out through one of the holes. Looks just as revolting as this guy does

I think it is interesting that the knees are ripped on one pair of pants above. Model: "Oh s**t, these pants are so tight I ripped them putting them on." Marketing guy: That looks FABULOUS! We can tell buyers they are supposed to rip like that! Photogrpaher: " so....I should just shoot them that way?"
If you've got it, flaunt it. It's not easy to get below 5% bodyfat...if you're going to do something, why not do something healthy that benefits for life?
Ugh! I like a well built guy, but that's just creepy. He looks like an upside down triangle. Between the pictures and comments, I can only believe that, gorgeous as he is, the guy is completely absorbed by his appearance and letting everyone know how beautiful he is.

Mocking people who are fit and in shape only reveals your own insecurities. I also noticed most of the mocking comments are from men. If it was a woman wearing too tight clothes (which they already do), men's insulting comments would become compliments. And women would wish they had a figure they could show off in that outfit. Though my honest opinion of the clothes these guys are wearing is that it is a tad bit too tight, especially in the pants. Women are already sexualizing every outfit they wear by wearing skin-hugging or revealing clothes. The guys don't need to do it too, and the women should just stop already.
As a woman, this extreme degree of body building is just disturbing, it has gone beyond being fit into something unhealthy. He's quoted as believing less than 5% body fat was a goal to strive for. Not the healthiest idea for most people. I would rather see a moderate dad body. Anytime a person's body reaches an extreme-skinny, fat, muscular- there is a disconnect between what is healthy and what is not, physically and at times mentally
