I Did A Tribute Photoshoot To Kobe And His Daughter With A Lifelong Lakers Fan Dad And His Ballerina Girl (13 Pics)
There is no doubt that the tragic death of legendary Kobe Bryant had a massive impact on the world of sports. Saying that he was a great basketball player, it’s an understatement as his way of living inspired many generations. He is an icon, and his legacy will live forever in the hearts of those who value success through hard work, fair-play, and dedication.
For Sara and her dad, the news of Kobe’s passing was no less than heartbreaking as she is continually amazed and inspired by him, and her dad is a long time Lakers fan (you would not believe the collection of Lakers hats, t-shirts and balls that he has). They wanted to have this moment of paying respect to their role model, of cherishing his legacy.
At 10, she is a talented ballet dancer in pursuit of her dreams, and at 42, he is a great swimming teacher for kids. When I started the photoshoot, and Sara was preparing, she said to me, being visibly affected: “I can’t believe he is gone. He was a great man, and he inspires me to do good.” The only thing that I could reply was: “Do great kiddo, he is not gone; he lives through you forever.” Sport is a sport, no matter the discipline that you are practicing.
As Kobe said, “The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they want to do.”

Share on FacebookVery nice pictures, but I really don't get why you would want to share this with the world...
I am blown away of how people are accusing a 10yo girl and her father for saying that Kobe was inspirational to them, through what he represented to the world of sports. How many of you did read the article, besides the title? All of you who commented here did not bring a valid argument for your comments. 'Just threw up unjustified hate. So proud of you all. You cannot see the beauty in those photos but rather bla-bla on the fact that there is some hidden scheme behind them, involving benefits from someone's death, who by the way was a mean person and should be also trashed! GG!
I don't know why BobbyMcD got downvoted when it's true that Bryant was a rapist and there was genuine proof. I also don't understand why so many people are showing him respect when he did vile things like that. Sympathy should truly go to his daughter and the other people who were killed AND especially his victim that he raped.
He did ONE vile thing. He was an amazing man, he did many amazing things in his life that made up for most of what he had done. But after 17 years shouldn’t you lay off a dead man? If you truly feel sympathetic for his family I suggest you stop making him seem like the evil creature he wasn’t.
