This Is What Sunset Looks Like From Space
Even in times of scientific and technological advancements, our beautiful planet remains full of mysteries. From the incredible bismuth crystal that looks like it came from some sort of sci-fi film to the enchanting glowing forest in Japan with its luminescent mushrooms scattered along the forest floor, there are so many exquisite finds on Earth. They make us question how much about the place we inhabit we don’t really know.
Some of the most standout mysteries that have been captivating the imagination of many throughout the years include Stonehenge in Wiltshire, England. The structure consists of a ring of standing stones, with each stone standing approximately thirteen feet high, seven feet wide and weighing 25 tons. It’s believed to have been built about 5000 years ago, but scholars still do not agree on what its purpose could have been.
Another mysterious object is the stone spheres found in Costa Rica, located on the Diquis Delta and on Isla del Cano. There are over three hundred petro spheres scattered throughout the country that are still considered a great, unsolved archaeological mystery. The heaviest of them weighs many tons, and they’re believed to be made of granodiorite.

Nappies In Sweden Have A Father On The Packaging
Is it rare because it's a man and not a woman? Where is it like this? In Spain there aren't women (mothers, aunts, granies) represented in this products, only babies.
I believe that's the reason why but you are right, I can't recall any packs of nappies with women pictured, only babies.
Load More Replies...They do try quite hard in Sweden to involve father's more in parenthood.
Yeah, well that works best with giving them the time they need to become that father to begin with. Not with taking that "fight" to nappy buyers.
Load More Replies...And the man is bald, contrary to all the ads and movies who show men with thick hair only, like bald men do not exist or are not sexy enough!
If this is Sweden I don’t think he’s bald I think he’s blonde
Load More Replies...This might be some sort of limited edition. I buy this exact sort and never seen a dad on it.
for the love of me, I simply could not find the 'feather' on the package, until I read the title again
Not gonna lie, that baby’s face is pretty creepy. And, I think may be Photoshopped.
That's just under 5 USD, not too bad considering the cost of everything in Sweden. Remember that wages and benefits are much higher there too.
Load More Replies...Tourists often ask Swedes why they have so many male nannies, as I was told when I first moved here. This is because there is paternity leave here and so you see a TON of men taking their kids out in strollers without the mom. Dads walking in groups with the babies. It's pretty cool. But sad that it is something unique
It’s nice. Good fathers don’t get near the credit they deserve. You only hear about the bad ones.
It say Sweden, but why is the text in English? And the price 39,90 kr is way too cheap for diapers here in Sweden. For me as a swede it look totally normal to has a dad on the product but I think this one is sold somewhere else because of the English language
so their are fathers..I have a pic like this of my youngest daughter laying on her daddy's chest so precious. bet mom is taking this pic..LOL
this needs to be more normalized because women arent the only parents in a relationship, a man can take care of his baby just as a mother could but gender stereotypes put a stigma around this topic.
Well, a good husband is kind of a mom too, he will understand that his wife is struggling and tired and will try to bear the burden for her even if just for a little while.
What I see is a VERY happy baby. Dad is loved very much. He also loves his child.
iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
That creepy fake photoshopped smile on that baby is straight out of uncanny valley. O_o
I like this. More people than just 'nappy buyers' will see this. Everyone who passes this product on the store will see it. It's actually a very important role that package advertising (and advertising in general) Playa in society. I'm loving the value placed on fathering by this company...especially for nappies for a newborn. That's very responsible advertising.
This makes no sense. It's not the parents who wear the diaper but the baby, it only makes sense to put a baby on a diaper's bag. Who would put the picture of a man walking his dog at the leash on a dog food's bag?
Oh wow the price of dispaers went up lol my son is 14 so it's been a while
The leftarded feminists must be in a tizzy over this. This would never be allowed in Canada. The male policitians don't have the gonads to take on the men hating extremist feminists here.
In Sweden male breast feeding is not common. Is it over there?😀
Load More Replies...In sweden fathers are required by law to take one year of parent leave to stay home with their child
Just Google them and you can see they have pictures with women, men, or just the babies. I even saw one with two women (maybe suggests two moms), and oictures with kids with downs syndrome, and all colours of the skin.
ikr its super annoying how it always the ladies, both parents should be featured.
Sweden pioneered in men's birth leaves, given both parents paid time off to be with their newborns. Argentina has granted mom's 90 days paid leave for more than 70 years and father's only 3 days is going to be extended by Congress very soon, but Swedish beat us all.
i am in the USA and i dont know what a nappie is we only have Pampers
This is beautiful. The smile on that baby says it all. This makes me want another baby.
Can we please concentrate on the price tag? 28 diapers for $4.38 dollars? I pay like $13-20!! Did Google do the conversion right?
I didn't even react to anything out of the ordinary. I live in Sweden. Have bought those 😊
Strange pic! First I thought, whats up with his hairy arm? Is it a dog? And he has a huge bulge in his pants! So inappropriate when holding a baby! I had to zoom in and realized that its another person, mom i assume... Terrible photography for commercial packaging!
Mom's on there just the side of her head though it's weird to see it like this in the USA it's babies or just the name of the company making the diaper
I'm sure it's average for country but, I look and think 40 bucks for 28 diapers.
Brazil here. Only babies thou.... But Asian, black and white babies too 🥰
I'm from Sweden. There is a varity of packing design here. Some show just the babies, some have just cartoons on the packages and some nappies have picture from families with fathers, mothers and siblings showing in them. We're very concern with equality here and the parenteal leave is shared between fathers and mothers. I remeber some years ago when an american journalist wrote about that it was a lot of "gay nannies" when reporting from Stockholm. But she was corrected, that was fathers on parental leave walking there babies togheter in the city.
My gaze went right past the pic on the huggies package to right below it with price tag of 40 bucks. Is that correct? I have not bought any in 17 yrs so I wasnt sure.
I think its great encouraging fathers to participate more with infant care!
well, so called "men" can have babies....maybe its for trans family...or maybe......men take care of their own children while wife sleep? wow what a concept
We have several packages here in Sweden picturing men. We're all for equality between genders. We get money each day to be home 480 days per baby - mother half, father half. You can give the other parent some of your days but not all! Therefore most dads here are home with their baby. Wish I'd be like this in all countries. bljor-6192...8-jpeg.jpg
Les mentalités changeraient si les agences de com et de pub changeaient les messages véhiculés à travers les pubs et propagandes.
I dunno. It seems natural to me. The progression in advertising is due.
It's rarely shown a father doing what most would consider a "mother's job"
WHAT GUYS CAN'T BE PARENTS AND CHANGE DIAPERS TOO? NICE TO SEE SOMEWHERE THAT DOESN'T JUST ASSUME EVERYTHING!
It’d be nice to see more fathers represented on baby things and not just women.
It's in Swedish Krona so it's about $4.50, €3.88 or £3.30.
Load More Replies...Men can change diapers. Maybe we short change them by not letting them learn how, and help them become helping and loving dads and partners to raise children!
What is the exchange rate fir Krona go dollar? 40 but is for 28 diapers? Damn I glad I don't have kids anymore!
Sweden here..... Moms & dads get equal parental leave and take equal responsibilty in every way. I eman to the mothers. You often see dads walking around town with prams or babies on their backs. Pretty cool.
Is it just me or does the dad in this picture look like a younger Stellan Skaarsgard (I know I probably haven't spelled that correctly lol)? HOLY FUNK! As I was typing this I just noticed the price of these nappies!!
This is sized for tiny or premature babies. The skin to skin contact on the wrapper is very important.
Lil weird but ok.. not good to have the dad on the package but the pose is kind of weird
who cares.......dont care if its a f' ing goat on the package...if you need diapers...then buy them and dont overthink it.
Ok everyone. I know this is going to be hard and may throw this site completely off it’s axis, but you’ll never guess who is on Huggies special delivery diapers. Men! In the US!!!
why discriminations? women they show without naked nipples!! women always in dress! its so disgusting! what its mean? man would like to give empty breast?? like they homosexual a couple, when baby looking for eating, for milk, man gay-mother gave her an empty breast.. it looked disgusting and desperate at the same time, it looked like the sexual exploitation of a child..
In America soon, there will be all kinds of creatures on the packaging, including the Heinz 57 sexual identities.

Sendai Daikannon, One Of The Tallest Statues In The World
I am fascinated by the optical effect of the design. The statue is not at full body length, it's around 3/4, missing the bottom 1/4. This makes the brain believe that the statue goes lower (like if the legs of the statue extended down), therefore it's perceived longer than it actually is. How cool!

When he died, we cleared out his home studio and I found at least 6 of these in various draws, boxes etc. I remember sitting with him as a child running them over maps to see where we were in relation to landmarks etc. I still love looking at maps 30 years after his death as it reminds me of the gentle, kind soul he was.
