Yes. Her makeup is way too harsh and heavy, and her hair is not soft enough to frame her face without enhancing every line and wrinkle. She needs to lighten all of it up to a more age-appropriate——and way more flattering—-level. She managed to do it at different points in her career, so there’s no reason why she can’t do it now. Sorry, but when you’re in your 60s, trying to look just like you did when you were 22 doesn’t make you look 22. It makes you look like a really bad and unflattering caricature of your former self. Not to mention desperate. Embrace your age. Look forward, not back.

Idk what or if Madonna should or could do to please anyone besides herself. Nothing in my opinion. What I will say is that I will also look to Cher, who I think has always dressed as a Icon, popstar, entertainer, also and looks fabulous IMHO. It would be different if they weren't both Iconic women of the world, but they are. They have both always dressed to push the limits of fashion and the times and were both very successful at it. They should be respected for still trying to lead their fans and continue to give of themselves to their careers.

I agree. She isn't a spring chicken anymore. When older people and I'm talking 60+ still try and wear tummy shirts and skin tight clothes...they look ridiculous. You get to a certain age as a woman and it's time to let go of the outfits that are made for fit and perky youth bodies. Theres nothing wrong with dressing your age. Its part of growing up and becoming mature adults. Besides Ive always associated the "hot" look for older woman is to look classy. And I'm sorry but looking at Madonna in that second pic and calling her a "pop star" is hilarious. Pop star just seems like too much of a kid title. Maybe Pop Idol??

Madonna used to be an incredible role model for self acceptance and celebrating yourself, flaws and all. Now she's gone too far with plastic surgery & filters so it's virtually impossible to see who she really is, because she's trying so hard to look like everyone else & has lost sight of her own individuality... I miss 80's-90's Madonna, I don't think she's be proud of what she's become. If it weren't for the filters & OTT surgery (some is fine but at this point the surgeons are just exploiting her) then I'd totally support her decision to dress & do what she likes, but she's still a role model for her fans, who are watching her try to do everything she can to look like online influencers, not Madonna.

I don't think she needs to "dress her age" but she absolutely needs to come to terms with her age and embrace herself and remember this is the 2020s and not 1980 or 90s. Only then will she lay off the photoshop and filters and look like a normal person.
