Why wouldn't he be allowed to go to a public library, though? He would surely be able to read to his heart's content, even if he couldn't actually get a membership card (I don't remember if it requires an address, as I haven't used my card in over 3 years). There's no law that says he can't pick a book from the shelf, sit down in one of the comfier chairs to read & put it back when the library shuts or he has to leave (but also making a note of the book-title, author & what page he's on; for when he comes back). That's what the library is for, after all. They don't call it a PUBLIC library for nothing... ✨📚✨
