Father and Redditor, nicknamed Gfgrubb, tries to make the best out of a bad situation by doodling cool drawings on his daughter’s eye patch.
According to her father, Layla was born with a small cataract that clouds the vision in her right eye. In order to help the injured eye develop correctly, the little girl has to wear the patch over her strong eye for two hours every day. The patching at this early age prevents amblyopia or the lazy eye disorder, where the vision in one eye does not fully develop during childhood.
As her father comments, baby girl Layla gets irritated quite easily while wearing the eyepatch, so it’s not as easy as it may look.
We can just hope that this little girl’s eye will get better soon. Kudos to her dad for finding creative ideas to make daddy’s girl feel better.

I have a lazy eye and I have to wear a eye patch over my good eye it is a struggle and on top of that my eyes also go blurry so if my lazy eye is fixed I will still have to get glasses
My dad did this for me all the time when I wore a patch. I thought that was the normal thing. I wore one for 3 years.
