I absolutely adore cats, yet it is true that they hunt birds. This wouldn't be a problem if we neuterize every single stray cat.
These murals are usually painted on derelict buildings where the people that should see them don't. They should be put at busier places.
I agree. But keep in mind the time it takes to paint it and that it's mostly painted without permission.
