40 Times People Saw Entitled Jerks And Just Had To Share Screenshots On This Online Community
Ah, undeserved entitlement. It’s that thing that makes your first impression of a person go sour in a matter of moments because of how obnoxious, arrogant, and in-your-face high-and-mighty they’re acting. Greedy, needy, and unabashed, the entitled can be found everywhere—you just need to keep an eye out for those who believe they’re at the center of the known universe.
There’s an online community that’s entirely dedicated to shaming entitled people, and it’s a heck of a ride. We’ve compiled some of the subreddit’s best posts to show you the insane levels of entitlement some folks can reach, and it’s making our eyebrows rise high enough to merge with our hairlines.
Scroll down, upvote your fave pics, and be sure to let us know in the comments what the most entitled people that you’ve ever seen have done. Got any tips on how to deal with the ultra-entitled? Let us know as well.

It's Really Not That Hard...
With over 284k members, the subreddit is doing very well for a community that is just over a couple of years old. The subreddit’s moderators want to show the internet what others’ experiences with people who “always get their own way and are better than everyone” have been like.
However, just because a person’s entitled, it doesn’t mean that they deserve getting hate online. For this reason, the subreddit forbids including any information that could make it possible to identify the people connected to any posts. From names and phone numbers to addresses and locations, it’s best to keep those things private. People change, after all, and you never know if somebody who was narcissistic yesterday might have turned into a Good Samaritan today.
Take Your Time
Yup, take as long as you need. No one's in a rush (well, no one unentitled is in a rush).
Load More Replies...Almost like when someone blew their horn at me cause I was taking to long to load my car and they wanted my close to the door spot...actually had the nerves to do the "can you hurry up gesture"....I finished closed my trunk started walking back to the mall and said I'm still shopping. I actually stood outside, smoked a cig, waited and saw they parked in the far back of the lot. I went back to my car, backed out and drove to where she was walking from the back of the lot and blew my horn at her, waved, and drove off.
This is by far the most excellent thing I've heard today!!!
Load More Replies...One night, two friends and I met for dinner. The only 4-place table in the room was taken up by a young man, all by himself. I politely asked him if he would mind switching tables with the 2-place table I was sitting at, then bought him a beer as a thank you. That's how it's done.
Right? Politely asking because of a need is perfectly acceptable. Demanding because of a want? Not so much
Load More Replies...This reminds me of when I was at the gym on the bench, on which you bench press and nothing else because well, it's a bench press. A guy came over to ask how long I had left and I said well, quite a bit. He sighed, stomped and walked past many many times to annoy me and to rush me (which I didn't). After a bit, I was done so I went somewhere else. I look back, he was doing wrist curls..wrist..curls..something he could have done ANYwhere..
I was fed up with an 'entitled' who couldn't be bothered to park between the lines in the staff car park, just pulled in frontways, squint and across the lines every single day, so whenever I could, I made sure to put my passenger side about 4inches from her drivers side, someone once asked if I was worried about getting my door dinged, I replied no not really, I live rural so my car's always filthy and she wears a cream wool long coat! She started parking properly after that.
This is when you need to chew your food 100 times before swallowing
I hope they tipped the waitress well enough to compensate for the loss of the table for that long. Take your time, but your time is also someone else's money
Or at least dont leave till the two bitches do .. they will be sitting there waiting for A table and hopefully give up when one isnt available .. I dont know how the young woman thought her saying that would actually work ..
Load More Replies...She feels a bit entitled, does she. Hmm - I believe, sir, that is YOUR seat until you vacate it. And if said "lady" causes a stir, I hope management escorts her out.
If that happened to me I'd honestly have no idea what to do, I'm not good at dealing with these types of jerks. Admire for you for standing your ground!
If it's a busy restaurant, severs make money on tips. It's only polite to be time conscious.
Time conscious is one thing, getting rushed because someone wants your seat is something else. The OP had the right to enjoy the meal the paid for. I guarantee that woman and her friend were not going to gulp down their food and leave.
Load More Replies...Id be like "yeah could you kindly f**k off . thanks .. oh and Ill be telling Your friend that also . have a nice day!"
Well, I'm against violence, but that woman might've turned out a little better if you've punched her in the face.
That's like any time my sisters ask me to do something faster, I do it slower.
Would have ordered another breakfast then lunch then dinner then snacks etc etc
I would feel violated too. And she's entitled to her feelings. To say the way she feels is invalid, both by explaining them away and by labeling her "entitled" is saying she hasn't a right to her feelings. If anyone walked into a bathroom and just used the toilet standing next to me, with no stall, I'd be modified and feel violated too
I’m sure the restaurant appreciates you taking up a table by yourself all day.

Entitled Woman Knows The Owner
According to ‘Better Help,’ a sense of entitlement is considered to be a personality trait where a person believes that they deserve privileges or recognition that they didn’t earn. One way that a person can become entitled is growing up in a household where they don’t learn how to earn rewards which makes them expect them for nothing when they grow up.
In short, entitled people make life all about them: everything has to benefit them, everything is about them, and they believe they’re superior to everyone else. That means that the entitled rarely compromise with others, they lack empathy, and they get frustrated when the world doesn’t rush to fulfill their every whim.

While it’s obvious that entitled folks have a strong desire to be at the center of attention, some of them do this through self-pity and playing the victim. Though they might seem extremely confident on the surface, some of them have a lot of insecurities that they’re working through.
In fact, research shows that entitled people can end up hurting not just those around them, but also themselves because they have unrealistic expectations which can’t be met sometimes.

Eb At A Restaurant
I'm so sick of "influencers" and such trying to get free crap. We have def gone wrong as a society to make people believe that this type of behavior is appropriate. I hope the restaurant owner replied back that they were glad she enjoyed the food and that she didn't need her influencers. Why do people not get that business run on money- the income they make from whatever they sale or produce? Ridiculous. Perhaps I should get off bored panda at 4 am because I have no filter to not comment on such crap.

Quite The Way To Put It
Lol! Years ago, I was at a Lidl and there was a group of about 4 teenage boys who looked suspicious, were giggling, etc. I'm pretty sure they had snuck snacks under their jackets. They were about to leave and suddenly, from out of nowhere, this MASSIVE security guard showed up and simply said, while pointing to each one: "You. You. You. And you, too! Come with me!" LOL The looks on their faces!

The majority, if not all of these posts are American people; I'm not saying there's not spoilt entitled people everywhere, but it seems very prevalent in the good old USA :P
Yeah lmao, unfortunately it's not exclusive to the US. I sort of wish it was, because at least then, I'd know that despite the assholes in my country, there are other good people elsewhere
Just send your assholes to us~ we already have lots of terrible people, why not end you guys’ suffering while we’re at it?
I think the US learned it from Mother Country England, but that's based on my UK in-laws.
Societies tend to reflect its culture around either its focus on the individual, a focus on the family, or a focus on the society as a whole. USA is definitely egocentric and idolizes the self over others and even over family. So, yes, it is culturally engrained in us to be more self-centered as its our idea of success. If we as an individual can succeed then that success trickles down to family. If the family succeeds then that trickles down to benefit society.....hypothetically.
might be true but i don't know many people here calling each other "mate", Tesco is British, and the man who killed himself in Ontario was probably Canadian...
Hard to say, would have to see demographic of the majority of people using this site or I guess the shaming site they were posted to. But we do love our sensational stories.
1 Australian, 1of the expats at my former workplace. Lets call her Sarah. She has 4 kids, 2 of them in senior high. Senior students used a spare classroom in their free time (mostly for watching youtube instead of studying). Sarah was concerned that the senior students (read:her kids) couldn't see the clock clearly, as it was a few inches smaller. Sarah wanted the clock in my room to be moved to the spare room which was fine at first. She said, can you ask someone to move the clock in your room to the spareroom? I said, OK, I thought it won't hurt to help, but she wanted me to do it right away, I was still in the middle of something. I had to go downstairs (I was at the third floor, no elevator) if I want to get someone. She didn't want to wait When I said I still had to work on something she got upset, acted hostile to me. She then said 'we should help each other.' When she meant 'we (everyone) should fulfill her demands. no one could stands her but just didnt want to argue with her.

Once I was on a plane, almost empty, and I'm trying to lie down, because the seets next to me were empty. So I'm getting comfotable( And I'm a 5 year old) and this Karen taps on my shoulder, shakes her head at me, and says" You're disturbing the other passangers" I just nod, but I'm thinking, What other people? There is literally 3 other 8 people on this whole plane!( I don't have pictures)

Posts like this just get me so riled up. People being so stupid and ignorant is the last thing I want to deal with. No anger to the writer, of course! Only to the idiotic people in this thread. I can't understand how people can have such a lack of compassion and empathy or understanding for other human beings, truly. To calm down I will now listen to girl in red for a bit :P

None of these actually happened. Attention-seeking people making this stuff-up has got to be the saddest thing to come out of the internet.

Prior to Covid I traveled the country working autoshows. A few years back I'm working the Pittsburgh. Got off work, ordered Chinese takeout from a hole in the wall. Placed my order, and then sat in the lobby staring at my phone. A white family comes in. Out of courtesy, I acknowledge them by head nodding like how black dudes greeting in passing. A few seconds goes by and the dad impatiently asks, "So are you going to seat us or what?" Mind you, I'm wearing a full suit with a magnetic name badge that clearly says my name and Ford Motor Company. This is where the story could've ended but I decided to be a d**k. So I got up, grabbed some menus, and sat them. Promptly sat my ass back down. Dad blurts out he's ready to order. When he asks why I'm not writing anything down, I reassured him I memorized everything...only to sit right back in the lobby. Dad is livid. Confronts me. Owner overhears commotion, brings out my food. Stare family dead in the eyes, point to my name badge, & strut out. Nick-Auto-...8ddb9e.jpg
“I don’t work here” is all you had to say. Why be an ass about it?
