Ah, undeserved entitlement. It’s that thing that makes your first impression of a person go sour in a matter of moments because of how obnoxious, arrogant, and in-your-face high-and-mighty they’re acting. Greedy, needy, and unabashed, the entitled can be found everywhere—you just need to keep an eye out for those who believe they’re at the center of the known universe.
There’s an online community that’s entirely dedicated to shaming entitled people, and it’s a heck of a ride. We’ve compiled some of the subreddit’s best posts to show you the insane levels of entitlement some folks can reach, and it’s making our eyebrows rise high enough to merge with our hairlines.
Scroll down, upvote your fave pics, and be sure to let us know in the comments what the most entitled people that you’ve ever seen have done. Got any tips on how to deal with the ultra-entitled? Let us know as well.

With over 284k members, the subreddit is doing very well for a community that is just over a couple of years old. The subreddit’s moderators want to show the internet what others’ experiences with people who “always get their own way and are better than everyone” have been like.
However, just because a person’s entitled, it doesn’t mean that they deserve getting hate online. For this reason, the subreddit forbids including any information that could make it possible to identify the people connected to any posts. From names and phone numbers to addresses and locations, it’s best to keep those things private. People change, after all, and you never know if somebody who was narcissistic yesterday might have turned into a Good Samaritan today.

Entitled Woman Knows The Owner
According to ‘Better Help,’ a sense of entitlement is considered to be a personality trait where a person believes that they deserve privileges or recognition that they didn’t earn. One way that a person can become entitled is growing up in a household where they don’t learn how to earn rewards which makes them expect them for nothing when they grow up.
In short, entitled people make life all about them: everything has to benefit them, everything is about them, and they believe they’re superior to everyone else. That means that the entitled rarely compromise with others, they lack empathy, and they get frustrated when the world doesn’t rush to fulfill their every whim.

While it’s obvious that entitled folks have a strong desire to be at the center of attention, some of them do this through self-pity and playing the victim. Though they might seem extremely confident on the surface, some of them have a lot of insecurities that they’re working through.
In fact, research shows that entitled people can end up hurting not just those around them, but also themselves because they have unrealistic expectations which can’t be met sometimes.

Eb At A Restaurant
I'm so sick of "influencers" and such trying to get free crap. We have def gone wrong as a society to make people believe that this type of behavior is appropriate. I hope the restaurant owner replied back that they were glad she enjoyed the food and that she didn't need her influencers. Why do people not get that business run on money- the income they make from whatever they sale or produce? Ridiculous. Perhaps I should get off bored panda at 4 am because I have no filter to not comment on such crap.
No worries. No matter what time it is: You are right
Load More Replies...I have seven followers on instagram. I am going to start asking every business I go to for free stuff.
Actually, the best recommending review the owner could hope for haha
I totally sympathize with this Influencer. The DoorDash people totally did not give me a discount for my food for the free advertising I'd give them because of my 5 followers on Bored Panda....Rude! lol
I have an Instagram account and you know what? I still pay for everything that I want because that's what a normal, not entitled person does.
Sometimes. When they don't they trash the places. No idea why they think they deserve it!!
Load More Replies...The manager knows how to treat customers - by continuing to provide quality food and service at what sounds like a great restaurant. The customer, on the other hand, needs to understand how to function as a human being when interacting with actual, real people in the real world where the custom is still to pay for goods and services.
I hate this person you can’t just get free crap it was nice of you to say you will recommend it but you can’t just expect to get something for free! And this A**hole has the nerve to post about it and give them an awful review because she didn’t get something for free is awful because I’m sure the food was delicious!
It’s grateful, not “greatful”. Obviously you copied the Italian names for the food off the menu, as foreign words would be harder for an ignoramus like you to spell than words that are part of your own language! And go get a real damn job, asshole.
ha ha when you think "followers" (yes the random strangers on the internet or bots hit follow) are now your fans & you live for them & in return they shower you with attention, compliments to replenish that validation cup you require every day & likes. Get over yourself. If IG announced tomorrow, they had to delete their platform, there would be so many empty headed people out there crying their eyes out that their life was over. Build a real life, you can still enjoy social media but just because you have a small following doesn't make you special or a celebrity like some of these clowns think it buys them privileges above us mere mortals.
"Influencer": code for "cheap b***h". Also, they misspelled "grateful".
pretty sure "free advertising" means "you don't get any money from it"
I love how such a dumb person who does these things actually posts this so that everyone can see it and people can shame her, I mean she's practically asking for it. Moral of the story, It's like a gift, A gift is a gift, you shouldn't expect anything back just cause you did something nice for them, she complimented them and received no discount, however she did receive the gift before she even gave one, lovely food, and yet she still expected something back just shows everyone not to be an ahole like her.
No bitch you need to know how to pay for the s**t you order and stop thinking everyone owes you. They have delicious food so people will come and they don’t need to hand you freebies for your stupid followers to read about them. Influencers are such low life’s.
I’m sure if the food is so good, they definitely don’t need her entitled freeby demanding ass anyway
She first needs to prove who she is, Anyone can say that crap and not have it happen.
The fact that she provided excellent food & service just wasn't enough for you, princess? You and your ilk make me want to vomit.
No, honey. You need to understand that a business doesn't have an obligation to kiss your a** just because you said the food was good.
The manager treated you in the proper manner, she did not owe you anything. So go ahead, cut off your nose to spite your face.
Ask for a print of the 11,000 and then consider the offer. Could be 10,999 live in another country.
I would have made certain the tip was doubled for the arrogance of this individual. I would have also requested a printed copy of all the friends before considering any type of favor..like a free glass of water.
The employees still need to get paid sufficiently so they can pay their bills. That's why no discount was given. Also the restaurant needed money to pay for the restaurant utilities, the food, replacement supplies, and replacement equipment.
The employees still need to get paid so they can pay their bills. That's why no discount was given.
That's right Karen. You were cheated, with so many followers, the whole dinner should have been free. I'm surprised that the Management didn't give you a tip!
This sounds like my husband's inspection garage. He had a customer who didn't want to pay because his car failed the inspection!
Good ! Now I know where to eat and can be sure that at least one selfish idiot (who probably tips 2%) won't be there !
If you wanna be an influencer, do it - just don't expect free s**t.
you're just a POS...she doesn't need to give you a discount for liking her food instagram or not...you're just a greedy b-atch
The "influencer" was so stupid and didn't know that by posting that she already gave a rave review.
You need to understand how to be a human. And grow up -- and BTW learn to spell.
The term "influencer's" is hilarious to me. Almost all of us are influencer's to someone, I'm an influencer to my kids lol. To me it's not an influencer, it's just old fashioned being popular online 😂
"11k" lol they always have such small follower counts and expect so much
Who ARE these people who think their "so-called" fame gives them the right to free or discounted things? I don't get it, what is wrong with people in my generation??
If someone just wants to be an influencer in order to be able to eat and drink for free everywhere or to get all sorts of free gifts, it is not an influencer, but a parasite
JUST SHUT UP AND F*****G PAY, YOU ORDINARY POS! (sorry for caps, but this has to be shouted at maximum voice capacity right into their face)
Even with 1 star, this is awesome advertising as she is clear how delicious the food was and spoke more about her horrible sense of entitlement!
I have 90k followers, I'm going to ask restaurants and other businesses for a controlling stake in them.
She went there to eat, not to advertise. How did the restaurant make it to be that known before she did not share it to her 11k followers? Hey, also this is great because even bad publicity is actually still publicity.
You order, you ate and now you want a free something. Who do you think your are? Since when you get anything free, you supposedly have 11000 followers, what proof you really do? On top of it you are just rude brat. A restaurant can't handout free food as it has so much overhead.
Service great, food excellent rated 1star becasue their cheap... 🤔 Who wanted free stuff?
I never heard of "influencers". Offhand, I would say she did indeed influence many people.
Even if she had a million followers, she should still be paying the bill 😒
Actual food critics who are trained to review meals don't get free meals. Influencer culture is so toxic. And stupid. What makes you think anyone cares about your uneducated opinion?
"Influencers" are the worst, the funny thing is, I have NEVER paid attention to an influencer and def wouldn't use a product or a venue or anything else just because someone whom I've never met before in my life and who is also probably an entitled asshole told me too. GTFO of here.
I cannot stand these stupid so-called influencers, who came up with this ridiculous idea what they need is a kick up the a**e and a proper job.
I wouldn't expect any discount. I'd want them to get more business and do well during this pandemic!!!

Lol! Years ago, I was at a Lidl and there was a group of about 4 teenage boys who looked suspicious, were giggling, etc. I'm pretty sure they had snuck snacks under their jackets. They were about to leave and suddenly, from out of nowhere, this MASSIVE security guard showed up and simply said, while pointing to each one: "You. You. You. And you, too! Come with me!" LOL The looks on their faces!

The majority, if not all of these posts are American people; I'm not saying there's not spoilt entitled people everywhere, but it seems very prevalent in the good old USA :P
Yeah lmao, unfortunately it's not exclusive to the US. I sort of wish it was, because at least then, I'd know that despite the assholes in my country, there are other good people elsewhere
Just send your assholes to us~ we already have lots of terrible people, why not end you guys’ suffering while we’re at it?
I think the US learned it from Mother Country England, but that's based on my UK in-laws.
Societies tend to reflect its culture around either its focus on the individual, a focus on the family, or a focus on the society as a whole. USA is definitely egocentric and idolizes the self over others and even over family. So, yes, it is culturally engrained in us to be more self-centered as its our idea of success. If we as an individual can succeed then that success trickles down to family. If the family succeeds then that trickles down to benefit society.....hypothetically.
might be true but i don't know many people here calling each other "mate", Tesco is British, and the man who killed himself in Ontario was probably Canadian...

1 Australian, 1of the expats at my former workplace. Lets call her Sarah. She has 4 kids, 2 of them in senior high. Senior students used a spare classroom in their free time (mostly for watching youtube instead of studying). Sarah was concerned that the senior students (read:her kids) couldn't see the clock clearly, as it was a few inches smaller. Sarah wanted the clock in my room to be moved to the spare room which was fine at first. She said, can you ask someone to move the clock in your room to the spareroom? I said, OK, I thought it won't hurt to help, but she wanted me to do it right away, I was still in the middle of something. I had to go downstairs (I was at the third floor, no elevator) if I want to get someone. She didn't want to wait When I said I still had to work on something she got upset, acted hostile to me. She then said 'we should help each other.' When she meant 'we (everyone) should fulfill her demands. no one could stands her but just didnt want to argue with her.

Once I was on a plane, almost empty, and I'm trying to lie down, because the seets next to me were empty. So I'm getting comfotable( And I'm a 5 year old) and this Karen taps on my shoulder, shakes her head at me, and says" You're disturbing the other passangers" I just nod, but I'm thinking, What other people? There is literally 3 other 8 people on this whole plane!( I don't have pictures)

Posts like this just get me so riled up. People being so stupid and ignorant is the last thing I want to deal with. No anger to the writer, of course! Only to the idiotic people in this thread. I can't understand how people can have such a lack of compassion and empathy or understanding for other human beings, truly. To calm down I will now listen to girl in red for a bit :P
Gods, how I hate people!
Yeesh.... that's pretty bad.
None of these actually happened. Attention-seeking people making this stuff-up has got to be the saddest thing to come out of the internet.
Lady Helen Good response!
Prior to Covid I traveled the country working autoshows. A few years back I'm working the Pittsburgh. Got off work, ordered Chinese takeout from a hole in the wall. Placed my order, and then sat in the lobby staring at my phone. A white family comes in. Out of courtesy, I acknowledge them by head nodding like how black dudes greeting in passing. A few seconds goes by and the dad impatiently asks, "So are you going to seat us or what?" Mind you, I'm wearing a full suit with a magnetic name badge that clearly says my name and Ford Motor Company. This is where the story could've ended but I decided to be a d**k. So I got up, grabbed some menus, and sat them. Promptly sat my ass back down. Dad blurts out he's ready to order. When he asks why I'm not writing anything down, I reassured him I memorized everything...only to sit right back in the lobby. Dad is livid. Confronts me. Owner overhears commotion, brings out my food. Stare family dead in the eyes, point to my name badge, & strut out. Nick-Auto-...8ddb9e.jpg
