40 Times People Saw Entitled Jerks And Just Had To Share Screenshots On This Online Community
Ah, undeserved entitlement. It’s that thing that makes your first impression of a person go sour in a matter of moments because of how obnoxious, arrogant, and in-your-face high-and-mighty they’re acting. Greedy, needy, and unabashed, the entitled can be found everywhere—you just need to keep an eye out for those who believe they’re at the center of the known universe.
There’s an online community that’s entirely dedicated to shaming entitled people, and it’s a heck of a ride. We’ve compiled some of the subreddit’s best posts to show you the insane levels of entitlement some folks can reach, and it’s making our eyebrows rise high enough to merge with our hairlines.
Scroll down, upvote your fave pics, and be sure to let us know in the comments what the most entitled people that you’ve ever seen have done. Got any tips on how to deal with the ultra-entitled? Let us know as well.

It's Really Not That Hard...
With over 284k members, the subreddit is doing very well for a community that is just over a couple of years old. The subreddit’s moderators want to show the internet what others’ experiences with people who “always get their own way and are better than everyone” have been like.
However, just because a person’s entitled, it doesn’t mean that they deserve getting hate online. For this reason, the subreddit forbids including any information that could make it possible to identify the people connected to any posts. From names and phone numbers to addresses and locations, it’s best to keep those things private. People change, after all, and you never know if somebody who was narcissistic yesterday might have turned into a Good Samaritan today.

Entitled Woman Knows The Owner
According to ‘Better Help,’ a sense of entitlement is considered to be a personality trait where a person believes that they deserve privileges or recognition that they didn’t earn. One way that a person can become entitled is growing up in a household where they don’t learn how to earn rewards which makes them expect them for nothing when they grow up.
In short, entitled people make life all about them: everything has to benefit them, everything is about them, and they believe they’re superior to everyone else. That means that the entitled rarely compromise with others, they lack empathy, and they get frustrated when the world doesn’t rush to fulfill their every whim.

While it’s obvious that entitled folks have a strong desire to be at the center of attention, some of them do this through self-pity and playing the victim. Though they might seem extremely confident on the surface, some of them have a lot of insecurities that they’re working through.
In fact, research shows that entitled people can end up hurting not just those around them, but also themselves because they have unrealistic expectations which can’t be met sometimes.

Eb At A Restaurant
I'm so sick of "influencers" and such trying to get free crap. We have def gone wrong as a society to make people believe that this type of behavior is appropriate. I hope the restaurant owner replied back that they were glad she enjoyed the food and that she didn't need her influencers. Why do people not get that business run on money- the income they make from whatever they sale or produce? Ridiculous. Perhaps I should get off bored panda at 4 am because I have no filter to not comment on such crap.

I pulled up and parked in a handicap accessible spot in front of the hospital (I had a legal permit) and got out the car. This man pulled his car behind mine and started calling me some of the most vile names I have ever heard in my entire life. I just looked at him, walked around the car, got Mom's walker out of the backseat and then opened her door to help her out. The guy's face went ashen and he sped away. Imagine his surprise when he got on the elevator with us.

Does This Count? Tipping Is Optional
Yup. When my family moved here to the US early on, we never tipped, not because we're entitled people, but because you just didn't do that back where we lived. You tipped for exceptional service, since the waiters got an actual wage. We eventually got it though, still sad that workers have to rely on tips to live.
Load More Replies...Tips are not obligatory! they are supposed to be for excellent service
In Japan tips are considered offensive as it feels like a bribe. Last time I was in America, everyone I made eye contact with seemed to expect a tip even though prices were already overly expensive
Load More Replies...She’s demanding tips? I worked my way through college as a cocktail server. I would never demand someone give me a tip. She has problems and if she’s that bold she needs to ask her boss for a raise.
So... why dont pay employees enough so they do not depend on tippning? Moreover, for a tourist it can be hard to know. Tipping is not a must in every country. On the other hand, as a tourist it takes 2 minutes to check whats correct in the area.
I definitely despise Americans who don’t communicate with tourists about tipping and then behave as if the world is waging war on America when the tourist doesn’t know something (and I actually don’t buy the “as a tourist it takes 2 minutes to check” thing because a) if you’ve never been introduced to the concept of tipping culture, you might not know that you need to check and b) the US system sometimes changes and those changes don’t necessarily get added to instruction websites immediately.) But that’s not what happened here. This server communicated directly with the customer, which is EXCELLENT, and the customer pretended to be unable to speak English in an attempt to get out of paying. That’s complete bullshit.
Load More Replies...Imo, not tipping is a d**k move but it's hard to judge someone when you don't know their circumstances. He could really just not be able to tip and be too embarrassed to say it. But all in all, tip if you can.
I truly think America needs to do away with tipping all together. It should be a decent livable wage NO TIPS and that includes the local coffee shop tip jar. I’m sick of feeling like I’m obligated to give these kids my hard earned money on top of paying for my order when they are being paid as it is. It’s mind boggling.
In my country, tipping is done for good service and there is no force... But probably it was in the USA, where you depend on tips...
If you ask for a top you won't be getting one where I come from.
Do the right thing! Don't f*****g tip! It's the f*****g businesses responsibility to pay their employees
So tired of these lame-ass stories from servers trying to strong arm customers into leaving tips. Tips are FRIKKIN optional! Customers are not responsible for paying your wage. And yes, I’ve worked in the industry. And I know you get big tippers, small tippers and no tippers. And that’s what you get for working in the industry.
Ever seen Reservoir Dogs??? If not watch it that's how I feel about tips!! I would have walked out no tip!!!
I got a feeling that something aint right . Cuts off ear
Load More Replies...Far too many people with poor English hide behind the "No speak English" lies, far too often.
I used to wait tables in an area that had lots of foreign tourists and learned to say, in French, Spanish, & German, "I realize that it may not be so in your country but in the US a service gratuity of 15% is customary." It was interesting to see their reactions. I think that most travelers learn the customs before they visit and it's just an excuse to be cheap. Generally the French were fine, the Spanish left tips but about 5-10%, but the Germans were the worst, leaving nothing often. (Once I did it in all 3 languages at 3 consecutive tables and was applauded). I was a very good server and averaged about 25% tips and never whined if I got stiffed. btw- My favorite were Japanese and Koreans who always carried little cards and would tip, to the penny, EXACTLY 15%. I think that since they come from cultures with such strict manners that they might think giving more than that might be insulting.
I always tip and I try to tip at least a quarter of the bill unless it's too low (such as £6) then it's a standard £5
Dude. Just give her a dollar, you idiot. Like, seriously. If you can pay for services than you can tip.

Around 550 ce, Yüwen Tai (in northern China) had lost an extremely important battle to the Ch'i and was on the run. He was captured. Yüwen told his captor, "If you capture me, you'll be out of work. Why don't you go take the gold in my tent?" Yüwen was released, and his grandson eventually destroyed the Ch'i.

The majority, if not all of these posts are American people; I'm not saying there's not spoilt entitled people everywhere, but it seems very prevalent in the good old USA :P
Yeah lmao, unfortunately it's not exclusive to the US. I sort of wish it was, because at least then, I'd know that despite the assholes in my country, there are other good people elsewhere

Once I was on a plane, almost empty, and I'm trying to lie down, because the seets next to me were empty. So I'm getting comfotable( And I'm a 5 year old) and this Karen taps on my shoulder, shakes her head at me, and says" You're disturbing the other passangers" I just nod, but I'm thinking, What other people? There is literally 3 other 8 people on this whole plane!( I don't have pictures)
Posts like this just get me so riled up. People being so stupid and ignorant is the last thing I want to deal with. No anger to the writer, of course! Only to the idiotic people in this thread. I can't understand how people can have such a lack of compassion and empathy or understanding for other human beings, truly. To calm down I will now listen to girl in red for a bit :P
just the right balance that it doesn't make me mad enough to hate the thread but also keeps me entertained, rather than miffed.

Prior to Covid I traveled the country working autoshows. A few years back I'm working the Pittsburgh. Got off work, ordered Chinese takeout from a hole in the wall. Placed my order, and then sat in the lobby staring at my phone. A white family comes in. Out of courtesy, I acknowledge them by head nodding like how black dudes greeting in passing. A few seconds goes by and the dad impatiently asks, "So are you going to seat us or what?" Mind you, I'm wearing a full suit with a magnetic name badge that clearly says my name and Ford Motor Company. This is where the story could've ended but I decided to be a d**k. So I got up, grabbed some menus, and sat them. Promptly sat my ass back down. Dad blurts out he's ready to order. When he asks why I'm not writing anything down, I reassured him I memorized everything...only to sit right back in the lobby. Dad is livid. Confronts me. Owner overhears commotion, brings out my food. Stare family dead in the eyes, point to my name badge, & strut out. Nick-Auto-...8ddb9e.jpg
