Everything can be fun if you have the right attitude. One care institution from Denmark organises balloon games for the elderly on Thursday mornings, and most of the old timers seem to be enjoying it. They are working their muscles, interacting with each other and remind us that happiness comes from within.

It was good mental and physical exercise for them . You will get it when you are older. Great video

Maybe they were tired, or just enjoying watching. I'm sure there were activities to suit and encourage everyone. I've seen this sort of thing in action and it's amazing!

My mum goes to a day centre. Thay always have a sing along some exercise while in their chairs
