My name is Mokhallad Habib, I am a pharmacist and an artist, too.
I like to draw in a different style to create more interesting art. These are real views from my country, Iraq, that I mixed with my art to create some happiness out of sadness.

Lebanon operated crude oil refineries in Tripoli and Zahrani from the 1950's to the mid 1980's. Perhaps these are older photos? Supposedly companies are looking into starting up new refineries. I say supposedly, because sometimes it takes a really long time to get things accomplished. http://www.leboilinst.com/current_project.php?lan=En
WHY ARE YOU LYING? THIS IS NOT IN LEBANON. NONE OF YOUR PHOTOS IS IN LEBANON
Can anyone tell me who this character is?? Please? He's soo cuteee! ♥
Very interesing piece of art - it not only shows the skills of the Author but also points out some very serious problems. I find it as a scream of desperation, just trying to live normal life and brighten it up if only in this way. Sad indeed and I hope it turns around for better there.
Very well said. I could not have commented as wisely. Really great process Mr. Habib used. I wish I was as creative.
Load More Replies...One photo is of the Great Mosque of Samara, in Iraq.
Load More Replies...Neat idea. Keep looking for objects that can be interpreted through your pen. The red headed archer, the water tower and the tangled hair were your best captured of a hidden scene. Be careful with your captions. Folks will call you out if you are not accurate!
