This Guy’s Reaction To Childbirth Will Make You Laugh Out Loud

Like the 2017 Birth Photo Competition showed, moms go through incredible struggles to bring new life into this world. They need their partners in the delivery rooms, to hold their hand, calm them down, but sometimes their partners are the ones who are freaking out.

Spanish viral content page, Karma, has uploaded a video to their Facebook page of a guy witnessing childbirth, and people can’t get enough of it. The poor fellow is really trying to comfort his partner but horror seems to be getting the best of him. Judging from his facial expressions, he will remember that day for a very, very long time. The hilarious video has already been viewed more than 4 million times. Who knew babies aren’t brought by storks!

Agreed. But, really, reading the book or watching the video is never the same as actually being there.

It was so honest. i wish if people in general were that much terrified of this whole giving birth thing which is beautiful and terrifying, Safe and proper child birth around the globe would have been a more serious topic of discussion

I agree. This is also the first time he's witnessed this in the flesh--he's just responding naturally.

Laughter is a normal reaction of depressuring. Nobody knows this here? He is really empathic with the mother and a little scared perhaps about blood. Absolutely human and touching .

If you've never witnessed a baby being born, it's pretty intense. It's a little gory, and when someone you love is in that much pain, and you can't do anything about it, it's a little scary. I think he handled it pretty well, all things considered.

Births happen every day, anytime of the day, anywwhere in the world. And this specific moment is filmed and now people go OOHHH and AHHH........so stupid. I said it before and I say it once again: viral stuff is so overrated.

Last thing I would need around giving birth, would be somebody looking freaked out and disgusted. But then again, his reactions are true and I do believe- he really feels, what kind of impact the act of coming into the world has got. A lot of laughter- seems like we just don't know how to react to real emotions anymore (real emotions, which don't resemble anything we learned from TV).

I think it's sweet. Most people hate seeing their partner in pain, it would be even worse knowing there was nothing you can do about it.

Having sex? Under age 18? Well, this is the result, of sex. It's what God intended! But.. If you aren't prepared to handle this? Then we really suggest, you wear a condom or use some kind of birth control. Otherwise, this COULD BE you!

He was prepared to handle the baby in the show and stepped up to the plate just fine. He was just shocked at the birthing process... why does everything think that's so strange?

Sigh.. weak guys should never be allowed to stay inside a delivery room. What he thought he was about to see? Or did he still believe in the stork story? Worst if he is the girl's husband/boyfriend.... look what you've done to her, dumb! She must have seen the pictures later and must have said to herself: "damn, I married an idiot!". I think it's disrespectful when it is the girl who is struggling with pain and hard work, he should have asked to leave if he couldn't handle a natural thing like this.

He wasn't drawing attention to himself, he was making faces because he isn't taught to bottle up everything he feels, because he's Dutch. That's not about being weak but about being honest. Men are much more sensitive than women, but they're taught to keep it all in, that's why they end up bashing each other's heads in in wars and s**t. Most Dutch women I know looking at this would just think it kind of funny and sweet. You can tell he's really just so amazed and mind-blown by it all. He doesn't do anything bad to her and she barely notices his existence anyway at that moment, she has professionals to guide her. We don't depend on our men for our strength.

Am i the only one whoa annoyed? With everything we know about birth being easily accessible, there's no reason anyone should be unaware or unprepared for it. Step up your game people. Its not cute to be stupid.
