Aditya Permana, a professional photographer in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, recently captured this once-in-a-lifetime photo of a forest dragon lizard that looks like it’s playing a guitar!
The photographer insisted that he did not manipulate the lizard, telling the Dailymail that he “did not directly photograph the lizard at first, until the lizards feel calm and comfortable around me. I noticed it looked like it was playing a guitar – and it didn’t move at all.“

These really anger me! They are stressing the lizard until it enters into ‘tonic immobilisation’ a defensive behaviour and renders the animal immobile whilst threatened. The photographers then pose them for photographs and are regularly ‘click bait’ on social media. Please don’t promote these morons and animal abusers.
At first i don't believe these pictures. Secondly, on reading the photographer's comments, i am sure this is staged. A dead liz made to pose

This is FAKE AND CRUEL. They get frogs and lizards, other animals tool. They kill them, then they use glue, chemicals or even wire to place then into anthropomorphic positions for photographs.
I'm a biologist with decades of experience working with reptiles. No lizard would ever adopt a position like this if alive or healthy.

The photographer is lying when he claims he did not manipulate the animal to get this image. Any time you see a photo like this, be aware that it was created by sedating the animal and then posing its limbs and body with strings that are later removed from the image. This practice is particularly common among Malaysian and Philippine photographers.
That guitar lizard pic is so photoshopped. Geez people.. zoom in.. it's so obvious.
I really hope they didn't hurt the lizards to get these shots. The lizards toes are too perfectly placed for this to be a lucky coincidence. Maybe it's photoshop, I hope so but I doubt it.
The odds of two abnormal poses from the same lizard prove it was staged and likely dead or cgi'd/photoshopped

I love these, too! A Sitar's sound is just incredibly cool, unmistakable ... well, there are guitar bridges that make a guitar sound like a sitar, I have one of these and love playing it (it's the regular setup of my weirdstuff-guitar...).
